Since I live 5 minutes away from Ashmore Estates, I've been looking at videos on YT lately about this place. Always known growing up that it was haunted, and when I was a teen they turned it into a haunted house, which was the only time I've been inside there. I have to say that your video is my favorite so far out of the ones I've seen on AE. (Way better than other channels that have tons of subscribers and views.) You had the best content I've seen in the boiler room (or was it basement?) where Joe was. Loved the banter you put in this & the part where you included the "hi" message from the kids lol. Great video.
