I LOVE this remix. Not only is it based on one of my favorite Sonic stages, the tune combined with this style gives the remix itself a "dance like it's the last night of your life" feel and I love dance music like that!

Probably not understanding your comment the way you intended, but this comment wasn't made in 2012...
It was 2015... or very late 2014.
I’m noticing two Avicii songs directly referenced here, but it wouldn’t surprise me if I’ve missed one or two...
The first one is Levels at 1:30, which honestly stands out from a mile away.
The second is a bit less obvious - it’s Speed (a.k.a. Wake Me Up (AbA), a.k.a. Liar Liar, a.k.a. Dreaming of Me, a.k.a. True Believer...); you can clearly hear it in the bassline starting from 1:45, and it becomes even more obvious at around 1:53.
Neither of these should come as much of a surprise; they’re two of Avicii’s most well-known and/or sampled songs.

Rubbish. Egg Disco is fucking awesome! Plus I referenced it just cause its another remix not so others can compare it. The two are based out of two different music eras. This one clearly is more modern while Egg Disco has a more Disco Tech feel.
speaking of DJ Max E, does anybody know if Falk has a youtube channel, I know all the sonic BTS and ATS composers have one except him. Also who find this remix relaxing almost.

This is your best song. I have listened to almost all your remixes and while they are all great I rate this the highest. It's got this quality to it that I can't stop bobbing my head to. It really makes me wanna get up and dance with Sonic. The beat is so catchy it's insane. I love it and thank you so much for this remix.

There are so many more classic sonic songs you could remix! Try remixing Starlight Zone, Scrap Brain Zone, Death Egg Zone (Sonic 3 and Knuckles), or even Casino Night Zone. Any one would be great!

It's from some old flash animation probably, it has that weird energy to it. Check sprite animations on newgrounds, maybe you'll find something that uses it. I don't think it's from a spritesheet.

Best Lava Reef Remix I have EVER heard. Some people just don't understand the connection that I have with Sonic. Being a 90s kid watching the tv series(SatAM), playing the games. Sonic is one of the greatest mascots of existence and why, not because of his speed or tv shows, because of his 16 bit days on Sega Master System. And the catchy music from each stage, especially Lava Reef from Sonic and Knuckles. I was wondering if you are working on a remix for the Special Stage from Sonic 1?
