Very nice new intro you've done Peter, Thanks
Well there’s one G3 watching your videos Peter. Have used the Diamond X series of antennas for years and have been very satisfied with them.
Thanks for sharing. 73 Peter.
I use an X30 in southern California with great results.
The cross polarisation loss is about 20dB. Your results suggest a bit of slant polarisation was happening.
I have the X30A and the X300-A...both perform great! I do think I will sell my X30A and buy the VX30 because it will be much easier to transport without the radials
I'm thinking of getting the x50. Didn't know about the vx50. In your opinion would the radials give a better performance than non radials
What size u bolts come with it ? Will it mount to a 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 mast
OK for 1.1/2 inch mast.
Not sure what the X stands for, but the X-30 has radials - so might be the V might means no radials?..
We may never know! 73 Peter
Hola, lamentablemente en Chile no tenemos esta marca de antena, ustedes como empresa vende a otros países, ejemplo Chile?, saludos
Is there really no trade-off compared to the brothers with radials? Why would they ever attach radials in the first place?
There must be something wrong in the design?
The X series has radials, the VX doesn’t
Yes, but the question was what does the prefix mean.
