- Almost the full version of this awesome tune. Shaved off the beggining 26 seconds to make it fit into the new 15 minute slot - so we finally get the second half all in (that said: it appears youtube has cut off the last 9 seconds, probably because of the slow fade out).
Full credit to Underworld for this. I've trucked a lot of miles to it at night.
I hope whoever owns this is good enough to let it live on here, and whoever likes this is good enough to buy the amazing album: Second Toughest in the Infants.

This is etched into my heart, forever. Every sound carries a memory, and I don't mind saying it brings me close to tears when I hear it. It's so fucking beautiful.
Sat on a beach in the cayman islands listening to this CD back in 97. blew me away lying on rum point beach and still blows me away today,Second Toughest in the Infants is a genius piece of art, well done Karl Darren and Rick,

When I worked in Aliso Viejo, California a new toll road was built right by my workplace - when complete I felt like I was one of the very first people to use it. Lanes were empty on the home commute with this song playing usually just before sunset and driving north. I'd crest a large hill and there on my left, the Pacific Ocean and setting sun, splayed out apparently just for me. Coming up through HB, smelling the fires on the beach... Damn.
And btw, "Best Mamgu Ever" by Underworld gives me some of the same feels... :)
you don't have to listen to this, you feel it with every cell in your body. hard to explain. Underworld seem to have higher purpose in my life
I bought a vhs tape of a bunch of videos by underworld. It had this song on it which had film of walking down some place downtown at night. It was cool. I listened to this song over and over during the early 2000's.

I'm glad I can share this with others now. I used to be the only one who's heard it. It was part of a meditation ritual (I called it rockitating) where I would maintain a meditation but listen to the entire Second Toughest in the Infants CD. Now I won't have to get people to buy the cd or come over to listen to it.

Oh my..so happy.. memories of playing this kind of music out loud living in lower Ford st Coventry.. overlooking the cathedral.. before the derelict houses either side were bought by Asian investors.. exploiting disabled people .. those of us without money.. I kid you not we were exploited in unimaginable ways. Will a new government restrict the landlords? I hope so

I remember hearing that the name of the album is about one of the duo's nephew or something saying that he was second toughest in the infants. correct me if I'am wrong. :P
this brings back so many memories and feelings.... one of the greatest tunes in music ever made.....just pure love and being in the moment of this masterpiece
