I have been to at least 7 of the current Ugandan cities and I have stayed in Kampala city for a long time but to be true I love staying in either Jinja city or Mbarara City than the so called Capital,, these cities r not congested, well organized streets, they are very calm n even cleaner than Kla.

In wide roads Gulu is better, but in buildings Mbarara is far better , because the buildings in Mbarara are new
