That's because the Gamecube and Wii versions of the game are backwards. The Gamecube is the correct, original version. The Wii version was mirrored to make Link right handed.

kossyo You're probably thinking of Midna's Lament/Midna in Distress then. That's not her actual theme, that plays way later in the game. This is an orchestrated rendition of Midna's actual theme. (Which plays when you first meet her, I should add.)

This theme really fits with Midna's personality and story. Best character theme in history, hands down.
