Why? Clippers lack talent and chemistry when you get passed a retired kawhi and pg. Heat starting off slow- also not surprising it’s what they do and they get better. Warriors also not surprising they have clear chemistry issues and we all know why
Clips have a serious issue defensively. The lack of interior presence is very clear this year with them starting out bottom 10 in blocks as a team. outside of Zubac they don’t have a reliable anchor and that team’s core rotation is aging, I wouldn’t be surprised to see their lateral and on ball ability continue to be underwhelming this year
It's chaos season and I am all for it. Teams like the Nets, Lakers, Heat shitting the bed. Teams like the Jazz, Spurs (guess Pop is the GOAT for a reason), Pacers doing better than expected.
The Nets had 7 players coming back from significant injuries. Anyone who didn't just look at names would know they were going to struggle early. Lakers didn't have high expectations but they're shooting much worse than expected. It'll flip and they'll win a bunch of games from the shots falling that aren't now. Heat slumping is unexpected. Jazz have 7 guys who can score 30 on any given night. They're offense will win them a lot of games. Spurs and Pacers are surprises but I know the Pacers schedule has been favorable imo. They've played bad teams and the Spurs nearly blew a lead against them. Still fun story lines though
The clippers aren’t even playing John wall half the game along with kawaii being gone a lot and PG was gone 2 games I think. They just need to lift the restrictions and they will be fine
I don't think a lot of teams turned the defense on last year as much as a lot of opposing teams struggled offensively so it made it look like the defense had gotten better.
I think you guys will be okay. Gonna take time for KAT to fully recover from losing that 20 pounds in the hospital and they all gotta adjust to how the team now functions with gobert now. I think y’all will end up having a pretty good season

I mean my thing right now with the Warriors is that this is the best start Curry has ever had. Man is on a tear, and the team really isn't doing bad either. Poole is playing more or less to his standard, and Green has been solid on defense. It's not really fair to blame Klay and Wiggins, and I think, while they've been in a slump, I'm cool on them. I think the Warrior's record has mostly just come down to bad breaks and luck. I wouldn't panic just yet. Now the clippers... yeah, sound the alarm. Kawhi is great, but you gave a max contract to a player with a degenerative quad issue, and that was always going to be risky. I am pretty happy with the Blazers tho. They're doing great.
The warrriors are just missing that consistency Otto and GP brought. Factor that in with Klay not hitting his stride, the young players getting an increased role/resposiblity. Last year was my first time really watching basketball, my favorite team that season was the grizzlies. Over the off season I went learning a lot about the nba and going over the season. Fell in love with the story of Kawhi and the clippers became my second team I was rooting for. I’m still confident with the clippers lil worried about kawhi leonard, happy my grizzlies doing good
If Theres one thing teams should take away from the Celtics last Season, Its the fact that you can flip your season and become vastly better. It depends on how the team engages and unifies, post trade deadline. Dont Panic too early
I’m not packing. We’re (Heat) 2-5 and we’ve been competitive. But my fears are definitely real, because we lack size which was apparent prior to the season beginning.
Not worry about Clippers Kawhi still playing into shape. Paul George has always been kinda streaky. Warriors and Heat are kinda troublesome. Warriors are mostly fully healthy(Klay and Green) and you can tell their defense is a big issue losing Gary Peyton II and Otto Porter JR. Their 2nd unit is kinda sus besides Poole and Wiseman looks solid offensively. Miami Heat's issue is probably because the East got better while they stayed the same.
I'm giving the Warriors time to have synergy with the young core and new Vers. Klay still has to be himself and if after 20 games they defense bad then I will start panicking. I'm not worried at all.

I understand the worry about Timberwolves with the schedule they have but also got to think they trade a few players from last year and got gobert need time to gel together
As a fan of the Clippers the first two weeks have been TOUGH to watch but I’m not hitting the panic button. That low offensive rating is due to the high turnover numbers we’ve been having and terrible shooting, both of which are likely to get better as we get a more consistent lineup on the court on a nightly basis and our guys start to define their roles. We’ve had guys like Kawhi, Morris, Wall, PG and Ro-co in and out of the lineup through the first 7 games so we just haven’t had the opportunity to establish any rhythm at all. Once we generate some rhythm and consistency and guys like Norm, Nico and Reggie start to hit their shots like we know they can, our offence will come around. Just gotta hope it happens sooner rather than later.
Unless a major injury occurs, there should literally never be a panic within the first 15 games of the season. It will almost always be too early to realistically determine how good/bad a team is.
Clippers struggling is not at all a surprise. Kawhi is essentially retired, and after Paul George their team isn’t really that talented. Why is this so surprising to people?
Warriors fan 👋🏾… I would say the defense is a worry for me but I wouldn’t say it’s the issue of having the inability to play. It’s moreso lack of effort and cohesion with the bench. Warriors aren’t using steph as the savior this year and have been experimenting with having the younger bench have more consistent playing time with poole as the lead. Also, steve has set standards for all the young players to develop their weaknesses to help the overall team.. Moody guards the best offensive player when he’s in the game, Wiseman to focus on defense, poole focus on play making.. I don’t think the Warriors will look like a true contender till after all star break once Steve knows how to exactly plug players in
I'm more worried about the Clippers then the Warriors. Kawhi could barely make an impact this year, Wall is in and looking good, but the rest of the team should've already had chemistry and been fine, they look like they're just not coming together. Warriors on the other hand, Kerr has openly said that he's going to play the young guys for big minutes even if it costs them games early to get them up to speed. I feel like the Denver Nuggets don't need to panic but are playing way worse than everyone expected them to be. This isn't a team that will get the top seed or even looks like a contender in the playoffs at the moment
Agreed mostly but it depends on the situation. If it's bad shooting like the Lakers I wouldn't panic. It'll flip and average out eventually. If it's bad defense like the Pacers but on an expected contender, I'd be panicking a little. If it's bad rebounding like the Nets I'd be very panicked. All of those are assuming the entire team is completely healthy which none of them have been.
The Warriors defense really shouldn't look good in the first 2 weeks of basketball. We lost more than a couple of pieces, one of them being one of our most important defenders, and the game plan right now is to give reps to the young core to supplant what we had last season. There's a reason Kerr is putting Moses Moody on the other team's best player and he is being cooked every night: its not because the Warrios NEED to do that because we don't have good defenders, its because we are putting the young guys in a trial by fire. So no, no panic button. The only moment i'll hit a panic button with this franchise is if by half of the season the young guys didn't hit their stride - otherwise, all is fine
No panic it's way too early..but 6 games is a decent indicator..the best teams/players can turn it around ..but the average teams usually continue on their trajectory
The wolves will go as far as ANT takes them bro goes off a game or two and then is no where to be found the next game or two, he has no consistency effort wise on both offense and defense.

The Cavs are what the Timberwolves wish they could be. I said it. Deal with it.
Been seeing a lot of Nuggets fan hitting the panic button already. We’re 4-3 lmao
seriously tho lol
Murray is just starting to look like himself again, I think it'll take like 15 more games for him to fully be back in rhythm
@@zachvandyke9528 couldn’t agree more. I was at the laker game last night and saw in person how much better he looked.
Unfortunately, I also saw Jokić play way too passive lmao
Your hair looks so fire when you do twist outs, you should let them lock like that Kenny
Bro had my thinking my PS5 was turned on lol
Coming out of the West preseason was yes Warriors but surely more said Nuggets than Clippers (even though Pelicans look the dark horse and better there they defs preseason were less propped up).
the clippers need to trade some depth and picks for a legit center like sabonis or ayton
I feel like the Denver Nuggets don't need to panic but are playing way worse than everyone expected them to be. This isn't a team that will get the top seed or even looks like a contender in the playoffs at the moment
The Cavs are so damn fun to watch
As a clippers fan I’m not panicking, all I want is to see kawhi play
11k in 20 min is crazy. Go crazy
There’s nothing to panic because it will be flipped with the good teams actually winning and they trash teams start to losing
Thank you Kenny I have faith my 1-5 Nets team can become Nba champions
Its only been 5-7 can we get to 15-20 at least damn
Agreed mostly but it depends on the situation. If it's bad shooting like the Lakers I wouldn't panic. It'll flip and average out eventually. If it's bad defense like the Pacers but on an expected contender, I'd be panicking a little. If it's bad rebounding like the Nets I'd be very panicked. All of those are assuming the entire team is completely healthy which none of them have been.
It’s ok clippers and warriors fans we will do real good these next games mark my words I hope
I think those teams improved because they were worried about their start.
I believe we should only start making predictions about teams when we’re about 20-25 games in.
That Reign man shirt is dope.
love that how you showed that early season standings can be funky by looking at last year, I usually wait about 15-20 games before freaking out.
Kenny continues to act like the spurs do not exist
So going and winning against "playoff teams" to prove themself well then utah making it to the playoffs.
Being from Kentucky and hearing how Kenny says Louisville made me sad
Is the background music new? Not really a fan of it.
Warriors need to pass and move their feet!🏃♂️💨
When’s Kenny gonna talk about the bulls
No panic it's way too early..but 6 games is a decent indicator..the best teams/players can turn it around ..but the average teams usually continue on their trajectory
The wolves will go as far as ANT takes them bro goes off a game or two and then is no where to be found the next game or two, he has no consistency effort wise on both offense and defense.
If the nets had fans I’m sure they would be worried
I’m worried but I’m not worried as a warriors fan just give it more time
