- 🌿 Genesis Chapter 3: The Story of Temptation and Consequence 🍏
This chapter unfolds the tale of the serpent's temptation of Eve, leading to the first act of disobedience in Eden.
🐍 The serpent persuades Eve to eat the forbidden fruit, and she shares it with Adam. Their eyes are opened to knowledge, but they also feel shame.
🌳 God confronts them, and a cycle of blame begins: Adam blames Eve, and Eve blames the serpent.
🌎 Banished from Eden to prevent access to the Tree of Life, Adam and Eve embark on a life of mortality and challenges.
🔥 The garden is now guarded by cherubim and a flaming sword, symbolizing a profound change in humanity's journey.
Genesis 3 dramatically shifts from innocence to a complex world of knowledge, responsibility, and the pursuit of redemption

God's Plan and Purpose For You
Jeremiah 1:5 KJV says "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations."
God ordained your existence and before you were ever born, He put in place your story in His good plan. God wants a relationship with you and He makes it possible through Jesus Christ. John 3:16 KJV says "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
The most important decision you will ever make is to follow Jesus. Following Jesus will give you purpose and meaning in life. So often, we look for the meaning of life in places and materialistic things hoping to find love, acceptance, peace, and direction. In John 6:35 KJV "And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst." It is through Jesus alone that we find our purpose, our love, our acceptance, and our peace. In John 14:27 KJV Jesus said "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
We are called to be God's light of the world. In John 8:12 KJV, "Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." God's plan is for you to live with him in Heaven. Before Adam and Eve sinned (Genesis 3), they had a good relationship with God. They were not ashamed. But after they sinned, they became ashamed to be in God's presence. Sin separated them, and everyone else-including you-from God. Through his grace, God gave us a way to live with him forever in Heaven- through the cross and the sacrifice-the ultimate payment- paid by Jesus for the sins of all people. Jesus was the only person to live a sinless life. He rose from the dead after three days to demonstrate his power over sin and death (Luke 24:1-8). He ascended to heaven (Luke 24:50-53) and sits at the right hand of God (Acts 7:55-56; Romans 8:34; Ephesians 1:20; Hebrews 1:3) and will return again one day soon to reign as King of King and Lord of Lord over all the earth and he will do away with sin and evil once and for all (Revelation 21).
In order to have a personal relationship with Jesus you must first recognize that you are a sinner. Romans 3:23 KJV says "for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Everyone is a sinner. There is not one righteous person (Romans 3:10). Because of this, the penalty of sin is death. No amount of hard work, good deeds, or money given can get you into Heaven. It is through God's free gift of Jesus Christ on the cross to everyone who believes in Him that we will experience eternal life with God. If you confess your sins and turn from your wicked ways, God will forgive you and give you eternal life.

I just found this series and I love it. Thank you so much and I hope you do the whole Bible. May God Bless You 🕊️🏴
Thank you Victoria, It will take some time but I intend to do the whole Bible.
Super ❤😊
This is really cool!
God bless, I hope you make new series for new testament of the Bilble.❤❤❤
I can't wait for the New Testament! I had planed on starting on Mathew and work parallel with the Old Testament but it has been a very busy last few months.
Hopefully I can clear the schedule soon.
Awesome! 🤯
Adam stood there and didn’t stop her or protect her from the serpent, in his complacency he silently agreed to eat of the tree then snitched on her when God came instead of being accountable.
Right! Thanks a lot Adam! All these years later and us Men haven't changed much. 🤦🏼♂️
What verse did you see this happen in?
@iamDavidaRose maybe he was actually not there, but was busy somewhere else. The Bible does not say He was there. We can only assume where he was.
Their eyes were Not open until Adam ate of the forbidden tree, and he did blame his wife.
1:42 Adam: First Snitch in the world 😅😂
😳🤯🐍

Wonder what age Adam and Eve were when they were created
I don’t know. Always imagined 20’s or 30’s? I’m sure someone has done more research on this. Defiantly one of many question I plan on asking one day.
Watch videos of Dr. Jason Lisle. He has a PHD in astrophysics and is a creationist. He makes a lot of brilliant points on matters pertaining to creation and the bible.@@MakeHeavenCrowded
0, duh
but developmentally maybe Jesus' age when he started ministry? (30) (unaffected by aging of course)
We’re is exodus ?
I definitely thought I'd be in Exodus and beyond after almost a year of working on these. They take forever to put together, and I still can’t work on them full-time yet. Can’t wait to get to Exodus-Moses is my all-time favorite! Hopefully can finish up Genesis by the end of the year.
Ever wonder why the bible God put the fruit tree in front of Eve with instructions not to eat from it, knowing she would? When you figure it out, Christianity goes POOF!
Nope ... actually it makes it ever so relevant.
@@lionelADA Yeah, that's why you have no answers. Good one.
Why was the tree ever made if it was a stumbling block for sin and disobedience ??
The Serpent was initially upright because the Serpent was cursed by God when he said " Gen 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
Interesting. Didn't realize that. That would have been something to see.
Can you imagine coming from nothing then all of a sudden you are surrounded by everything in the garden.
