Jesse and Vocal Adrenaline did to Rachel what Rachel did to Sunshine.....they all did what they felt they had to do to get rid of the competition. They’re perfect for each other, neither of them will stop until they get what they want
The fact the he didnt know that he was suppose to go to classes for me it seems so out of character for Jesse, he never gave me the impression of being that dumb actually for me he seemed smart, i mean come on! he got a scholarship or maybe he was a really good actor

yeah I agree. I feel like people really liked the character, and they liked st berry. Jonathan Groff did a good job of making him human, and I really think people wanted him to stay on as a regular. You notice Jesse got both meaner and stupider each time he guest starred? I don't think the writers could handle having pairings taking away from finchel because it would ruin their whole master plan. Can't have people liking Jesse St. James. Even though he's AWESOME. I'm still bitter in case you couldn't tell
I agree with each pairing they always tried to make finchel look better because i used to like Brody too but they had to ruined him too just like they did with Jesse because in S1 it was so weird how he completely went from loving her to egging her
Lol, he’s as tone deaf and over the top as Rachel. I’m glad they got back together here. I think he only egged her out of peer pressure. His heart obviously wasn’t in it. He finished his mission and went back to VA and seems to have regretted it. He really loved her. Then there was Run Joey Run. They basically just got off to a rocky start. Also, Rachel had to forgive him so Finn would get jealous enough to make a move (again.) I think he was aggressive at prom, but then he was always the aggressor in the relationship. I like to think he’d just been to college and his expectations were wrong. If she was going to end up with anyone I’m glad it was him. They matched on many levels, and loved each other.
I don't think he was aggressive at Prom. Finn's the one who had an attitude. Jesse was perfectly civil until Finn started bringing up the egging and then telling him how to behave with Rachel. And then Finn started physically attacking him. Finn seems to always be the aggressor actually. In every relationship Rachel was in, Finn showed up and was obnoxious or tried to undermine them. He tried to make a move on Rachel when Jesse was on Spring Break, and then again when they were in New York for Nationals, and then AGAIN when he convinced Rachel to cheat on Brody at Schue and Emma's wedding. Not cool :(

Despite Jesse and Rachel being two of the most dramatic people in the show, I found their relationship less dramatic than most others. Haha. Even if he did throw and egg on her for his team. At least he apologized for it and treated her with respect even after their whole romance blew up.
Ok, honestly Finn annoys me. Rachel gave him so many chances to be with to be with her but then when she moves on he gets all angry and annoyed like dude. Finn also annoys me when he says he can’t forgive Rachel but he can forgive Quinn who slept with someone, lied to Finn about it and Rachel made out with someone for 2 minutes and was honest right away like Finn come on stop being jealous you had your chance and stop being dumb.

Jesse was always Rachel's secret weapon for when Finn was disloyal; I think the reason she chose Jesse over Finn in season one was because Finn went on a date with Santana and Brittney. Now Finn is with Quinn again so Rachel is using Jesse again in order to to get Finn back.
thats exactly what happened and it wasn't fair to Jesse either time. Although I think Rachel did love Jesse which is why he was the right choice after Cory's death

How is his egging her different from her sending Sunshine Corazon to the crackhouse? They did it for the same reason, to get rid of a rival for the spotlight. But he admitted it and she kept trying to play innocent and say that she did it for the good of the team. And Finn's done a lot of smaller bad things but he still gets forgiven. Puck slushied them all before he joined the Glee Club and he was still forgiven. Rachel and Jesse deserve each other.

She and Jesse were in a relationship and she trusted him, his dumping her made her feel more vulnerable so she ran to him when she thought they'd get back together and he gave into peer pressure (as Finn has done numerous times on smaller scales) and likewise violated that trust so that his team could keep their spotlight.
