i like how the whole time the trumpet is at the fore fromt, but when yang knocks flynt out, her guitar over powers his trumpet so now the guitar plays for the vocals while the trumpet takes a backseat

Completly agree, RWBY went from being a silly, but badass twist on anime to just a dark series that takes itself way too seriously, Volumes 1-3 for me are amazing and I'll always remember RWBY for the fun those first three volumes gave me
