  • 250 gm Hari mirch (big size, green chilli)
    300 gm aalu (potato)
    1 tbsp oil ya ghee
    2 tbsp adrak paste (ginger paste)
    2 tej patta (buy leaf)
    Hing(asafoetida)
    1 tsp sonf crusted (fennel seeds)
    1 tsp dhania crusted (coriander)
    1 tsp jeera powder (cumin)
    1 tsp dhania powder (coriander)
    1/2 tsp Kali mirch(black pepper)
    1 and 1/2 tsp amachur powder (dry mango powder)
    1/3 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch)
    1 tsp garam masala
    Namak swad anusar (salt to taste)
    1 tsp methi powder (fenugreek seed )
    Dhania Patti (chopped coriander leaves)
    1 tbsp methi(fenugreek leaf)
    150 gm besan(chickpea flour)
    1/3 tsp Kashmiri Lal mirch(Kashmiri red chilli powder)
    1/3 tsp ajwain(carom seeds)
    1/3 haldi powder
    Namak swad anusar(salt to taste)
    1/4 tsp backing powder
    Refined oil
