1/3 regular spoon rai (mustard seed)
Hing (asafoetida )
1 regular spoon Hari mirch(chopped green chilli)
1 tsp haldi(turmeric powder)
2 tsp dhaniya powder(coriander powder)
Namak swad anusar (salt to taste)
1 spoon adrak (ginger)
2-3 tej patta (buy leaf)
