No theory is perfect. Every theory has its weakness. You cant cover all the context. You do the best you can. Can you make or build a perfect team , What ever you build it will have expiration date , you must maintain what you build. Can you build a team that is self sustainable? Well humans like changes. too much winning is poison creator. Anything too much is too much even if it is elixir.
This is why i like GM culture of NFL and NBA. In that one person in charge and he will have expiry date. Watching NFL is encyclopedia of knowledge. In that every team has so many different players . There is GM , Coach and QB. GM has to provide players coach want , Coach has to make plays that his QB is comfortable in executing. Providing players that can catch his balls and BULLISH running back.
Cricket is not evolved in that way.
I prefer T20 should 2 inning of t10 and in future it can be 4 inning of 5 overs each.
Then you will have to have strategy. At present its blind hitting.
    16 teams and 4 zones.
Every country should have 2 young players from other nations drafted in to IPL as dark horses.
Every year this players will be different. More like intern but can make big money next year auction when get a chance to play.
Only IPL has money to setup hotel for all these players and arrangement. All other leagues will go bankrupt eventually.

Sanga is biased towards Aravinda....Aravinda was a certified great and very aggressive but to say he was same level as the best of his generation is stretching it too far....the guy averages 36 outside of sri lanka but hearing sanga it seems like its 72!! No wonder he is the one who selected vaas as his choice in all time world XI

Sanga had more mental strength than jayawardene. Jayawardene had battings skills. So it is overloaded his brain and lost the context of the situation and gets out. May 27, 1977 vs October 27, 1977
So what that says? Simple. July is longer distance from Sun. hence you are free from sun gravity so you can see more of what others are doing.
Sanga was close to that ...compare to jayawardene.
Both born in year of snake but they have big mental difference. One is fighter and another is showman.
So if people predict things based on animal signs most of the time they will be wrong.
Analysis is more like homeopathy or chinese accupuncture. In that you measure disease by heat. too much cold and too much heat. By poking in place where things needs some activation so brain sends some nutrietients. order is key though.
Pseudo stuff. But better than nothing.
Why he is not helping srilanka and bring mentally strong players? Sometime people get into what i can gain from it?
There are only few gets obsessed with building and they have no talent.
They people have jobs has no no skills for the job and the people who have the skills never look for the job.
Mainly coaching is always like this. Most coaches have no skill set to be coach.
I really think Kumar sangakarra move to nz and build nz team by bringing year of dragon , year of snake and rooster players.
At present NZ team is void of leaders. They got exposed like school team.

Can never forget the mean-ness of Sangakkara on deliberately giving away 4 byes & then asking his bowler Randiv to bowl a deliberate No-Ball, just to not let Sehwag get to a Century & leaving Sehwag stranded at 99 not out. Sri Lanka had already lost the match yet Sanga derived cheap pleasure from denying Sehwag a well deserved century (Sehwag scored 99*, out of India's winning reply of 166/4). Sanga is such a mean, nasty & shallow man.
