Thank you, Professor, for your detailed and clear explanation.
Thank you for the great presentation.
Well explained.
Yet I am unable to understand it completely but it's good to learn new things 😊
Hello sir, thanks for the great videos.
Glad you like them!
Thank you so much
Thank you this is really helpful.. I'm wondering if you have some knowledge regarding the microbiome data analysis
Thanks! Unfortunately no substantial knowledge of the microbiome, or its analysis. Never tried it...
Thank you so much sir
You are welcome! Have a nice and productive time on the channel!
Hi professor, thank you for the valuable videos !, my question is: can we use the same protocole on plant data ? , are there any differences ?
Hi, The data analysis approaches on this channel are applicable for any diploid organism, so also diploid plants. PLINK handles biallelic SNP data in diploids. I don't know how the polyploid data is handled or the software for that.
As for R there are a wide range of packages, so maybe higher chance there for polyploids...
To all: Probably a good topic for another video in the future...? If anyone has info on handling SNP data from polyploids, please let me know. I can offer you to put you into the video credits :)
Great
Please Professor, can we have a video on breeding simulation packages in R like Alphasimr and how to use them for a data simulation in genomic
