I own a TEX Mini Bernie combo(Filmosound based circuit). It's got a 10" speaker and about 18 watts. These amps are incredibly loud and full sounding for a small package. Tony makes amazing amps. It's my "house on fire, can only grab one amp" amp.
Ryan Lauderdale it does well. Pushing the amp right into beautiful gain. I’ve used it with the TS based Jackson Audio Broken Arrow I recently demo’d. Of course you could also push it there with a nice boost pedal. Takes delays and reverbs like a champ.
Why are these so difficult to source?. Even the Tex amp site has zero info on how to get one, just a lot of great pictures but nothing but an email. Very strange indeed.
Oh it can definitely sing. There are a few other demos done with gorgeous Bartlett Guitars where the player is just ripping it up the whole time! Make sure you check those out!

Great video, Curtis. So, how loud are we in the room when you get to some breakup?
Plenty loud especially with a mic, I've used it clean in around 300 seat room and they've asked me to turn down... I didn't but... yeah they asked!
How does it do with pedals, especially with a TS9 style drive on a edge of breakup sound, and clean with some delay and reverb?

With an amp like this the question shouldn't be "how does it work with X overdrive", it should be "how many pedals can I get rid of?"
