- Hi Creative friends, it's official, the worst part of Scrapbooking is putting layouts away! To avoid it just a little longer, I thought why not share with you all of the layouts I've been making. I put my layouts away as I make them so they don't get messed up. I find it very satisfying to see them in their place in the page protectors.
I wish I was so dedicated... I will say it does feel good when they are all put away. 🌸

Wow! I actually love putting layouts into albums! I always feel like it is a reward for finishing my layouts. To me the worst part of scrapbooking is cleaning up!
Ohh we would be scrapping besties! I love cleaning up... how about I clean up for the both of us and you can put all of the layouts away 🤣
I LOVE to put pages into albums. After I admire them for a few days, lol. Love your substitutions for cut files! Much more creative I think than just printing a file.

Loved the cut file series, I don't have an electronic cutting machine, but do have plenty of dies and punches, so it would help me to use my tools.

I love, love, love all your beautiful layouts. They are all masterpieces. I think my pile of layouts to put into layouts may be a lot larger than your pile there. The albums are very expensive to buy so I have been holding off until I can find specials. 😀 I did purchase 2 albums this year but they are now being used for albums for our new twin granddaughters. Thanks for letting me know Debbie! I don't do a lot of projects like that because I tend not to take too many photos in the same sequence.
Love your layouts with white backgrounds with a little pattern on the outside. Questions about your cut files. Do you have a video on how to get them from the email to your machine I have a cricut. I’m lost trying to put them in my design space. I need it to be very specific. Not computer savvy.
Hey Kim... Glad you enjoyed these. Unfortunately I don't have a video for the files into Cricut, I only have a Silhouette machine so I can't even offer advice, except to say that I know I have many ladies who do use Cricut so I know they go into that machine perfectly, but I can't tell you step x step how to do it. Have you tried looking on UA-cam for a tutorial? I also know there are Silhouette facebook groups that have a lot of tips and tricks shared, perhaps there is something similar for Cricut?
I'm one who put layouts away immediately, but i don't have a craft room, and leaving pages in the kitchen where i crsft could be asking for trouble 😅.

Hi amazing layouts! Do you journal/date etc after you share the layouts and before placing them in your albums? Thanks for sharing.
Yes I do! I share most of my layouts on social media so I keep details, dates names etc private. I also journal on the backs of my pages, I find that way I don't need to work journalling into the layout design, I can use a lot more words and keep thoughts and details private which makes the journalling more personal.

Maybe!! 🫣 I'll message you next time there is a stack here ready to be put away lolol... It's funny too because I'm so particular about everything else in this room and keeping it super organised... but layouts... I just can't deal with them lol
@@CreatedByGwen it could have something to do with me at the start of my scrappy journey, having just finished a LO that had taken a few days left on my desk and someones kid spilled a drink all over it and I cried for like 3 weeks!
