It is kind of like a Rat(remote access tool) where they(hacker)can control your machine, but here you can just get access to folders move stuff create new folder, etc.... that is why you should always have it on, and maybe have a password on it too. Great video! The ultimate performance power plan made a big difference. Even my screen brightness increased. Even on a clean widows 10 install performance was sluggish. Now it feels more like my old XP laptop. Much better!
I did everything in this video since my PC was slow. its definitely maximizes performance, but it drains your battery A LOT quicker. I recommend only doing a few of these upgrades if you value your PCs lifespan

You should also never turn off User Account Control. This was one of the better security features introduced by Microsoft and turning it off increases the possibility of getting malware and henceforth slowing down your system.

Guys, please do not disable User Account Control. Whenever you open up an application it gives you a warning telling if you want to run this program. If you potentially install malware on to your pc and open it up. Then the malware will go through since there is no prompt asking if you want to run this on your pc or not. So please keep UAC at the highest level.
8:57 This might sound really odd but I remember doing this step so wrong. Somehow, I told the system to never notify me about anything. After I did this, it kept on notifying me about stuff but the yes button was removed, meaning I couldn't do anything with my PC at all, everything I opened, it notified me, saying if I wanted to do the change. I had to completely wipe my PC clean and start again.
if you did every step on this video and still doesnt get what you want for your performance try this. note only for pc users: First of all your cpu might be have some problem on the internal so i suggest that you clean everything all parts of your computer reset it, i mean motherboard ,ram, hard drives etc. and most of all put a brand new/alternative Thermal Paste for your CPU then your good to go for a new environment if this still doenst work then u need an upgrade. I always use a total of 2 accounts...1 Admin Account and 1 Local User account. The major problem I can't solve after endless efforts is figuring out how to copy the system settings from the Admin Account to the Local Account. This would save a ton of time not having to configure the settings for 2 different accounts. So much easier if I could just create the Admin Account, adjust all my settings the way I want them, then create a local account and copy all the settings over from the Admin Account. Is this possible and if so where can I find the instructions? 2. Is there a way to save the Admin Account system settings in windows 10 home edition to an external hard drive and/or back them up? All backup options I've read about do not offer the ability to backup settings. Rather it is documents, files, ect.. but not windows system settings.
