Very good effort! I did it today too, although not as quickly as you (I managed 8:46, about 10 seconds slower than my last attempt). Is your BPM accurate there? Mine was closer to 190 at the 25% section.

You can.. plenty of training and doing heavy weights will help a lot. I also suspect that Sean is pretty light compared to me.

Yes, I've always had a low HR. Just the way I'm built rather than an indication of fitness.
