It's all types of fast, one is from 6am to 6pm (NPO) nothing by mouth, and maybe someone want to do liquids from 6am to 6pm, then eat after 6pm or do a liquids only oh boy that's my favorite, that's when I know what I'm asking God for is going to come to pass, because fasting is so hard to do, because I love to eat lol, Marvin Gaye was on the radio from the kid messing with it and I love the song "I want you" and I turned, because I'm Calling out to God asking him for a special need and my daddy is going to give it to me, because he see Me his baby humbling down calling on him. When I fast I let the telephone and radio go and I'm in my prayer closet talking with my daddy.

I once tried a cocaine, whiskey and Xanax fast for several days. I broke the fast with some really strong lager beer, and a few hours later proceeded to eat a yummy salad . It was quite an experience.
