Maybe if they spent more time practicing and less time decorating their guitars and dressing up they would be worth listening to. This is high-school calibre.

I almost never comment but I want those tortuous minutes of my life back. This is one of the worst music performances, if not the worst, I've ever seen on TV. Every single one of them sucked so bad and the song was atrocious. I expect more from you, Colbert!

Love the guitars whining on this one. But really this could've easily been on the next MMJ album.
Wow this is awful and I’m a huge MMJ fan. He is crazy sharp on the vocals. Disappointing
I saw My Morning Jacket a few years ago and it was one of the best concerts I went to, but this performance is disappointing :(.
Trying to figure out which guitar is out of tune with others. He’s singing it with the same energy he uses to yawn. Over all this performance is bland. I mean bland as in store bought sandwich bread with no crust. Nothing but bland..... no I changed my mind: it sucked.

How the hell did these guys get place on stage. Or rather why!? I truly do not understand . . . maybe my understanding of the world's standards are fading away. There are thousands of highly talented and aspiring people out there that deserve this stage more than . . . well, what IS THIS!?
Music is subjective. Colbert has the right to host a variety of musical guests. JJ is one of the most talented artists touring. You just don't get it. There's no accounting for taste.
