This is for Zoe. Walking around and movement during the day rocks the baby to sleep during the day. At night you're still so they wake up. And yes. This will be similar to what the baby is like when first born. But sunlight during the day and completely dark rooms during naps and bed time will help regulate a baby's schedule!

I went to ante natel classes before having my daughter. Three years later we were still meeting once a week. As well as making lovely friends the sharing of worries, queries, deets etc saved our sanity! Do it Zoe!
I was always told that why babies are super active when you’re relaxed it’s because when YOU are active it’s like they are being rocked to sleep. So when you’re relaxed then they are awake.
Love how Nick & Amanda were squabbling over who's turn it was to feel the baby kicking, such a great vlog, the banoffe milk shake sounded delicious 😍👌🏻🤩
Can’t recommend highly enough going to those antenatal classes. My girl is 25 now and we still chat and talk about how our kids are going. It is a little scary at first but when your a new parent and worried 24/7 then you find another parent is having the same problem there’s nothing more reassuring. In my day it was up to us to make our own friends etc but well worth it. Alfie you are definitely looking so good and no dad bod is happening on your watch. Loads of love leisa Western Australia xxx

When my girlfriend was pregnant she was most active at night time, however when she was born we were very lucky and she slept through the night and awake through the day, she is now 7 months old and she sleeps from 11pm until 6:30am which is so amazing x
She is probably rocked to sleep by your movements and then when you relax , she will be moving!! I think your friends are right!!!

Baby's are usually most active in the womb when you are not active, which is why they're usually more active at night or when you're laying down. Once they come out, any time is fair game

My daughter was most active 11pm-2am inside and when she came out she was awake those times 🙈

a tip for choosing the name for your daughter start to call her by
name so you get used to it and you also know you have made good choices. Good luck with your baby :)

You should consider buying a preworkout, it’ll give you some energy when you’re not feeling it and help you with muscle development
Whatever name you decide will be perfect for your baby, from experience I would say when relaxed baby tends to be more active.

Stick to a schedule even for the first 3 months, as much as you can, it will make sleep training at 4 months much easier

When I was pregnant my girl was crazy around 8 pm and now she’s almost one and she is still crazy around that time and then passes out for 12 hours. It’s her last burst of energy of the day 🤣

im 27 and before i was born my mum went to antenatal classes before she had me. She met a lady there and there still friends and im still friends with the girl we were born a month apart

My son is almost a year and a half and we still talk in our WhatsApp group! I’m not good at speaking to new people but it really is great.
My little guy moved ALL THE TIME in the womb.. I assumed he would be awake a lot of the time when he was born but he has been a wonderful sleeper! 💙

During pregnancy a baby is most active when you are not moving. So the baby is moving when you are asleep. But when you are up and moving around the baby sleeps because you are rocking the baby.

Usually when you get quiet they get active - you relax she is not being rocked by you walking etc. babies, have a way of blocking things like nose - take a new born to a loud party etc they shut down and almost go into coma like
My boy was most active between 10 and 11pm! Re once they are born, read about the 4th trimester xxx
