Welcome to Edinburgh Folk Club's UA-cam channel.
CARRY ON STREAMIN is a sort of newsletter magazine in two concurrent forms created to raise funds for Edinburgh Folk Club's Paddy Bort Fund.

The two concurrent parts are a) The CARRY ON STREAMIN video and, b) its partner 'text' publication of the same name.

Why? The purpose of the video and its partner publication is to raise funds through donations for EFC's Paddy Bort Fund (aka PBF). This fund was created in 2017 after EFC's then chair, Eberhard 'Paddy' Bort, died suddenly and unexpectedly. PBF's intention is help performers who have fallen on hard times through no fault of their own. It was not a big fund when it was first created and is even smaller now that we have paid quite a number of performers affected by COVID-19 snatching away their usual sources of income.
We hope you, dear viewer, will be able to donate to the cause. We have not set a fixed amount to donate but hope that you will just do the right thing! :)
