Congratulations from Nepal 🇳🇵 and you deserve millions❤️ best of luck
What are you guys running for a exhaust setup on that black gladiator?
Use Face Shield please, you are now a role model, I hope you don't get it wrong, but it's the best for everyone. I follow you since the beginning, fans from Indonesia
sure I will do u guys ship to Kuwait ?
Snow is never too deep - it's just the tires that are too small :-)
Best regards from Iceland.
Wondering if he ever uses tire chains that's what we use in Colorado. they're not always the solution but they usually help you get just a little more stuck..
Very good ! 😂 Much love to you from the US
Ahh always a pleasure with a Dane.
Those glacier trucks are no joke indeed.
That is exactly what I was gonna say haha. Cheers, from BC.
Nice to meet you guys! Hadley is going to be STOKED when I show him this. Stay safe out there!
Thanks Gabe! Great meeting you as well.
You’re lucky these guys came by.
Hadley is adorable🤗 and adventurous😎
killer episode! congrats on 100k.
question: why not use chains for the deep snow? seems like a lot of the troubles you had with the slippery slopes would be solved with chains.
I was thinking the same. Once you got in super deep, a beefy set of chains would help the rubber with grip? At some point the snow is too deep no matter what you're driving unless its on tracks :) . Awesome video!
When you bury it with chains on all four, you're really really stuck.
That deep it wouldn't matter. You need to float above snow that deep with large tires and low gear. Either that or tracks. I would have gone with tracks for that leg of the trip but that would have required some logistical prep work prior.
Chains only work if you can touch bottom if you can’t low pressure and flotation is what you want
Congratulations on a hundred thousand i have no doubt in my mind this Chanel will reach beyond a million
Stories say that they entered with 6 Maxx traxx and left with just 2... This mountain requires sacrifice.
😂😂😂
Ya they get buried and lost a lot! Surprised a guy doesn’t find more of them in spring hahaha
Add a tie down strap or something on a handle and use it as an anchor to tie to a tree then just follow the strap when you are done to find the maxx traxx
😂👏
Chef John in the 5th Gen. Hell yeah!!! Love watching you guys
This channel is so awesome
And the mountain proclaimed "You shall not pass! If it was easy, it wouldn't be an adventure. Well done, boys!
Man people sleep on your content
And you stay crankin out videos too
Some of the best quality off road videos out there
Very cinematic
Kind of like a story (pun intended) you’re on to big things man I can feel it
Congrats on the 100k found your channel about a year year and a half ago
Congratulations on the reward Keep on keeping on
OMG the wrong bottle was so EPIC !! Can't make it up, Congrats !!! ALWAYS the best !
Mistakes were made, but the hilarity made up for it!
Wonderful video and congratulations! The attempt to get to the ocean and the scenery was awesome! Love seeing you guys no matter what!
Congratulations another awesome video
Congratulations on your first 100000 Subcribers and on behalf of your friend what matters is that he remembers to bring the bottle... wine 🍷or champagne 🍾 is ok like always nice video and thank you...
My 35’s wouldn’t get me through. But I will definitely be going to check things out in the summer.
First congrats on 100k, also it was perfect that it wasn’t the right bottle. Definitely a good laugh on my end. Going forward I would love if you could work in some more rig related info. I know as a gladiator owner and being on the forums and groups and seeing you brought up a lot there’s a lot of guys in the same boat that would like to hear co start updates on how the new suspension is working, how things like tires are performing as they wear etc. The adventures are great but the gear is a major draw for those of us doing our own adventures.
As a new owner of a '21 Rubicon, I would have no problem putting my trust in these guys to safely explore...as a retired broadcaster (television), my compliments on the photography, sound & editing....job well done!
Curious why no tire chains used,
amazing videos as always, congrats on 100k subs, love you guys, always inspiring.
Chains dig, they don't float. Your best chance is to air down. Cheers from BC.
Chains are used for iced trails not for deep snow
Man great video boys!
that champagne corck shot was EPIC! for a bottle of red wine :)
AWESOME content as always. Love the combo of drone footage and adventure
Congratulations Shaun for 100thousand subscribers.
Love your all videos.
Congratulations on the Silver Plaque... thats awesome. Saw it on the Epic Family Road Trip episode ... Aaaand! YES! The Honey Criller please ... those are my favourite. Yes, I'm one of rhose people. ... typical Jeepers... other people, "its unpassable" .... Jeepers, "how unpassable is it!?!"
Thanks!
im honored to be part of the 1st 100k, Congrats brutha!!
I would normally say it's always about the journey, but you definitely have some destinations that are unreal! Congrats on 100K
yo broo your jeep is freaking powerful ,that's a moving beast
Thanks buddy btw love from India.❤️
Congrats on 100k!! You most def deserve it!! This Channel is amazing!!👊🏼🔥🔥
I'm impressed that there are powerlines at the summit. I drive a big rig and know how hard that would be to access, even in summer.
The video quality is insane. This feels like the offroad snow adventure the Top Gear/Grand Tour trio never made (their VelociRaptor and Duramax video on Lone Wolf Mtn doesn't count). Also, that diesel sounds incredible. I wish my Freightliner was that quiet. Then again, it has no muffler. :P
Thanks!
Congrats again on 100,000! Great adventure and it's awesome to see you spend the time and celebrate with friends.
I got a great laugh at the “champagne pop”. Super adventure.
Congrats Shaun! Red goes better with steak!
Congrats on that 100K! Every adventure you take us on is top notch fun! Thanks for all you do to keep the good stuff coming to us. Totally Hugh Hefner look with that fancy robe you have on. LOL
Good teamwork fella's...
Is any of you ever heard about winter tires!!!???? Just letting you know, they do exist and work really well in snow and ice👍👍👍
That 4Runner handled! Good vid, and congrats on 100K! Keep up the entertaining work.
Used to take my 4Runner with all the jeeps it always outperformed the jeeps. The only thing I found Jeep’s had the upper hand was clearance.
Great stuff! Y'all weren't wheelin' in snow so much as executing controlled collisions with snowbanks. Love it!
Congrats on your 100K! And again another awesome video! Can't wait for the next one!
I'm enjoying your great video.
Congratulations on the 100k!
For the love of God and tacos and all that is good in this world, how this channel doesn't have a billion subscribers by now is beyond me. Every video is excellent. This one was completely amazing.......and made me hungry for donuts.
100,000!!! Congrats Shaun! Excellent content and have been here since about 11k! One of my favorite channels on youtube. Keep it up!
New subscriber. I love your edits and the inclusion of good music. The attention to detail in your camera shots is awesome. Well done.
Thank you!
What an awesome video!!!
Awesome video!!! Like the music bro. And congrats !!!! 100000💪
Congratulations, and thank you for sharing those amazing views. By now you could make a movie of your adventures.
Heavy snow chains is the key word here
No it's not.
Good friends and good times, luv the adventure - keep them coming. Cheers 🍻
Another outstanding video.
I know I am late to congratulate you for the milestone of 100k subscribers, but Congratulations 🎊🎉🎈🍾! Enjoy every story and have many more to catch-up up on. Happy Trails from South Carolina!
U guys ROCK!
Congratulations my friend!!!! Very much deserved!!! Fantastic content with "FANTASTIC PEEPS IN KICK ASS JEEPS" Cheers!
Zack Daniels ~
Congrats on 100,000! I'm familiar with the road you were on. That road is, typically, not passable until the end of April, and there's always more snow on the ocean side of the pass than on the inland side of the pass. One year, I assisted three vehicles from a Range Rover club to get themselves unstuck from the snow on the ocean side. Even if you had made it down to the ocean, getting back could have been near impossible.
Great story and video. Love it. Also, chains.
Wtf are chains going to do in waist deep snow 😂
@@DJM6.6 Though deep, chains "could" help dig out and up the hole. Either way, deep is deep.
I'm just curious, why no chains? I got a 35" set that I've modified for 37's as well.
First, congrats on 100k subs!! Well earned my brother, your cinematography is outstanding. Second, bacon ALWAYS makes everything better, don't question it😂😂
Love how the gladiator kept sliding back down a couple feet leaving the right amount of room for easy and no digging max traxx installation 😂😂
LOVE your content!! But please dont bog it down with ads.... 9 ads on a 25 min video, many double adds and un-skip-able.
I get he has to eat, but it’s taking away from the experience
I don't decide how many ads are shown it sup to youtube.
@@TheStoryTillNow youtube must sense you're becoming more popular and want to turn you into their cash cow 😂
Congratulations on your 100k subscribers wish I had time to dedicate to mine
great video boys
If your ever in a pinch and need more straps then what you’ve got you can always chop a tree down and choke it on each end of a strap to give you a few extra feet of straps I’ve done it lots and it works.
Couldn't help but think of 2 words: tire chains--specifically V-bar!
Wouldn't have made it 10 feet in that deep snow with vbar chains. Would just dig a big hole.
Está muy profunda esa nieve, saludos desde Chiapas México
Congratulations 🎉 man loving the channel more very time I watch it keep up the great work
Do you and your crew extend the diff breathers on your Jeep’s? I see you all do a lot of water crossings. Just curious if it’s really needed. I’ve got a 2.5” lift with 37” tires on my 2021 rubicon and saw you all do a ton of water crossings and figured you all would be a great group to ask. Thanks.
How Canadian: bacon wrap, syrup marinade
I’m most impressed with how that 4runner did, all things considered!
toyota>jeep lmao
You realize the Jeeps cut a path for him right?
@@joshuakim6810 Had a 4Runner ... underpowered & outdated tech. I’ve been running Jeeps ever since, but Toyota fanboys are blinded by old myths about reliability.
@@krasnaludek298 are you gonna reply to every single comment giving the 4runner praise because you love your Jeep so badly?
@@krasnaludek298 i drive a 3rd gen 4runner with rear factory lockers. enjoy your fiat mine has never let me down.
Good try boys. That is some deeps snow. Looks like u had a lot of fun though. Congrats on your plaque that is so cool. My daughter wants us to get there one day hahahaha. Congrats again and keep the videos coming.
4 PSI OR TWO WRINKLES IN THE SIDEWALL that is what you needed. Try it you will be AMAZED CHEERS
Steve h.
Congrats on the 100 Grand....... where'd your light go???
Broke one off so I removed them.
That was awesome popping the cork! I'd really like to come up there with our group of FJ55s and find an adventure with you guys. It would be a well worth it drive from Missouri.
Congrats on 100K. Well deserved. If people are interested enough to watch these videos, but don't subscribe, well I just don't understand.
Let the Yota lead the way!
Chorizo stuffed dates...yes please...with or without non-champagne.
Congratulations..
What do you guys do about fuel? Like how much extra do you carry vs how much you actually end up burning...?
Even though you didn’t make it to the ocean , still an epic experience , and congratulations on 100k
Congratulations love this channel
Cool!!!
No way were going to ignore how well that 4runner did. Went up with no problems
It's pretty capable 👍
@@TheStoryTillNow YOO love your videos man . You make some real content man . Keep doing what you do the videos you put out are great!
Thanks!
Right!?
Don't get me wrong - I love Toyotas, but the two Jeeps obviously "paved the road" a bit for it by virtue of going first.
Why you didn't deflate tires to almost flat to get bigger foot print ?
I'm talking about around 5-1 PSI. That could make a big difference with floating on snow. You have beadlocks, so also that should cause no problems at all with tire going off the bead.
Best regards from Iceland :D
Great Movie with Omar Epps.
Pro tip: Night filming should be done with manual focus guys. Then I'll subscribe. 🤣🤣
New sub here! Saw u through the Epic Family Road Trip! Cheers to the 100,000 subs! 🍻🤘🏼
I was curious about 3 things. First, any particular reason for your tire choice? Second, are your tires siped other than basic factory siping? And third, it looks like at least 2 of the Toys have bead locks, if so how low are you running psi?
I thought I was subscribed but not sure what happened. Somehow I missed this video. Excellent as always. Hoping to one day get up there and visit you guys and do a cross-Canada trip. Seems most music I listen to nowadays are Canadian bands. When you were in the really deep snow... were you in 4 low?
Yeah, 4 low and locked up. Wheel speed in the deep stuff doesn't work.
I see snow I turn around! I am ready for anything but snow...
Red wine is great with steaks, perfect choice better than champagne. You need some tractor tires to put on the jeep to get some more clearance then the snow is not to deep.
Lighter rig+ really low tire pressure + low range and diff locks is how u do the deep stuff. You have to float on top of it instead of plow through. I learned that from the people over at pirate jeep productions, they do tons of snow wheeling
The Gladiators are awful in deep snow! My diesel gladiator just plows and gets stuck, just like yours. I ran 9psi, 4 low, and still kept sinking in the snow. My buddy’s Wrangler just floated right over in 4 hi, no lockers. He let me drive it, it was night and day.
Shawn, are you considering different paint colour on your next Jeep purchase?I think orange, red or mojito would be better for filming.
I'd probably choose a different color next time.
Congrats on the 100K subscribers, keep up the great content and can't wait to see you top 1 million. FYI..... the champagne/red wine pop was hilarious.
The epic music had me on the edge of my seat! So nice of the guys to get you the champagne 🍾
Good thing that's a diesel, my 2020 gladiator would have burned through a full tank and jerry cans lol
Man i wish i could do this !
People don’t subscribe because the ads brotha I’m telling you. Do a total of 3 ads one in the beginning the second in the middle of the video an the last one at the end of the video and I promise you’ll see progress with the subs. Listen to the fans
I wonder if a slick hard plastic snow skid plate (UHMW) fashioned to the front of the Jeep (removable) and hang down to about the mid axle would help keep your front end pushed up onto the snow rather than trying to push through it when breaking trail? Just thinking outloud.
As a 4runner guy myself...I was impressed. He also has KO2s which I run as well. What size does he have if you know?
Jeeps were cutting a path for the little Japanese truck; making it easier for him. JEEP! 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇮🇹💪🏻
Thanks! 285/70/17
Need 40s for that trail right now
Loved seeing Squamish. Awesome town.
