This made me think shirts were back on sale. I feel deceived
@@curtis604 I think they are... Lemme see
@@TheStoryTillNow sold out... I want one. I subscribed and I still check for a new 📹 😆. Glad your back in action 🎬 now let me watch this video discreetly at work 🤓🤫
We should have shirts in stock in the next week or so.
Discount code for Freedom Recovery doesn't seem to work.
Jesus man. You just keep raising the bar. Well done.
That was an amazing weekend. Thank you for driving all the way across BC to hit some trails with me!
Thanks for having us, it was well worth the drive.
Keep the videos coming. I subbed
I saw a stock looking 4Runner. Is there another way up to that area? My gladiator isnt as badass as yours and we take things a little tamer. Cheers from Whistler!
A friend of mine asked me what Canada looks like I told him to subscribe to your videos he was so amazed
I doing the same to see the beautiful Canada 🇨🇦
he is in british columbia, there is alot more in canada then these views ;)
AJ Burson I guess its British Columbia, and yeah Canada is a big country so lots to see
CJC absolutely. For scenic views. Bc. And that sliver of Alberta on the other side of the border. I’ve been all over Canada a few times. You can’t compare the land.
Truth!
The amazing part is, that there is a road going over those mountains in the first place. Wow.
This is my favorite episode so far. Just amazing country, so beautiful. I live in New Zealand and I think we live in a beautiful country but BC is not only beautiful the scale of the wilderness and mountains are absolutely epic. You take amazing footage and your editing is outstanding. I always look forward to your next adventure. I love your Gladiator and setup.....the frozen margaritas on a glacier was next level.
(day ten of self reflection) Damnit man... Your killing me. I'm stuck here in the rat-race and your outside living my dream.
this is your best to date Shaun, your camera equipment is definitely workhorse quality, it doesn't give you any trouble at all or almost none, all the drone footage is EPIC, the last flying through the split peaks was you flying into Moodor of The Story Till Now and returning shortly there after, your post work looks to be not much was needed for colour work so your eye while filming is great, the colours looked super natural, i know those plant colours from hiking in valleys, yours are bang on, great great stuff, your Gladiator is holding up well, all those marks, nicks, and dents are like the wrinkles on a human face , they are life experiences, so you can look at them and sassy i remember how and where that one came from 😎 and you are certainly testing you equipment in every possible way. your killing it 👍 are the t shirts available again yet I've been back twice to try and get one , just says sold out
Thanks Bob
The only thing I would say would improve things is when you are using a handheld (not sure what you use - is it a GoPro or a phone?) it needs some serious stabilisation. It’s very jittery and hard to watch. Otherwise love it.
@@jerrymyahzcat funny I found nothing wrong with it, no problem watching it
Bob Church take a look around 6:50. That sort of camera shake is very hard to watch. There are a handful of other places too but for the most part it’s excellent. Just suggesting there’s a little room for improvement. Also around 24:30 - on a 65” TV in 4K it gives me a headache.
@@jerrymyahzcat 😆 🤣 maybe that's why you got 4k,i got 1080hd, Samsung 46",so you got present-day tech and I got the museum tech lmao, yah I just noticed it, good catch on your part, they make the best video of this kind
Absolutely the most EPIC video I’ve seen in a long time! Really makes me want to get out of Texas and head north🤣 amazing camera and editing work man!
no, we just want those mountains to be IN Texas!😀
@@KiaDave I just want some good public land to have these adventures on!
As a IT network guy, I have a long-standing practice of not using any 1.0, or even 2.0 etc major release updates. These are usually not ready for prime time beta releases. I feel that the eco-diesel, with so much software control, is still a beta design and the new users are the beta test group. Another fantastic video, maybe one day Canada will let Americans come back and I will be able to trail ride out there. I've been to Banff years ago, and it was spectacular, but we stayed in town. Drinking tequila and flying a drone through the mountains sounds like a blast. You know, most ideas conceived in tequila always come out great. Also glad to see dirt garage along. It seems many channels are afraid of acknowledging others and here you are embracing them. Hopefully it helps out both of you guys.
These guys are some of the best friends you could ask for. We have so much in common.
The ecodiesel/vm motori 3.0 v6 diesel has actually been out for almost 10 years now. It's not bad because it's new, it's bad because its bad.
Don’t understand why on earth someone will hit dislike button! This is awesome!
some people gotta find something to hate, because they don't know joy
Seriously. Well we’ve identified 33 aholes in the world.
Because they didnt do it and are jealous
Ford fans lol.. The bush is full of rugged Jeeps and bulletproof Toyotas and they hate it lol
Undisputed best music and cinematography of any 4x4 channel; strong work sir!
Hands off the effort you put into making such high quality videos are worth the appreciation continue this quality
Man just the way this whole video is put together absolutely blows my mind, the talent you have for this makes all of us so frickin jealous. It’s top notch bro and we love it!
The Story Till Now keeps raising the bar... fantastic scenery, great views and margaritas at a glacier lake takes the cake sir.
Thank you 🙏
It would be super cool to get your elevation when you stop and camp or even when you stop and vlog. It would be a little more immersive. This is a great video.
Definitely gotta say its nice to see all you guys wheeling together and making vids together, it helps unit all of us and brings the wheeling youtubers all together.
I definitely enjoy all of your vids
Wheeled with one of ya before and talked to another
All good folk
They all deserve a sub and like on all their vids!
With everything going on in the world right now Thank you for this
Hi, Casey....I’m curious.....how long did the ETC warning light last for? It happened to me over the weekend but the warning lasted for only a second. We were driving a very steady 65-70mph. Our JLURD has less than 700 miles in it. Will try reaching you more directly. Great video by the way......really well done.
@Casey250
After we stopped and got going again it was fine.
Cleared it and hasnt returned despite me continuing to push it pretty hard on the highway and trails on 37s
what the heck, jump in super cold lake with snow next to it and then drink some ice blended fruit frappuccino, that would not warm up my moment, lol, You must be from Canada
Is there a way you can tell us where you are in the video? Maybe include coordinates?
That was Awesome! It was really cool seeing all the different rigs as well. Maybe some walk-arounds in the future?
Drone footage at the end of the video was epic! You killed this one!
There’s no way that you can dislike these videos. Keep up the great work. No lie, these are the only videos on UA-cam I don’t skip through. 😅 It’s relaxing to watch the amazing scenery.
Hello
This is Seoul, Korea
Korea has been
I'm finally selling the Gladiator
Your video is really cool
Korea has no big mountains, so most of them drive Jeep in style.
I subscribed to your channel
I'll be back next time
I love seeing the 2 thousand dollar Tahoe hitting the trail with y’all. New expensive rigs are nice but not necessary to get out there if that’s not in your budget.
The high dallor rigs break all the time. Keep it simple and cheap
10 ads, youtube needs to settle down.
Use a blocker and buy merch instead. A view averages about .18 cent US...buy a shirt or sticker once in awhile. It's win for you and win for the content creator.
Fast forward to the end and Replay video. Ads will disappear.

Can’t wait to get my Bronco to hit those Trails
Nice work!!!
Can't wait to get back there next year!
Side note. The TrailHoe was responsible for that 'hole'
Haha, that hole was totally stealth I swear!
HOLY WOW!!!
It’s like the Disneyland of geology up there with all the old mines.
Eco diesel can’t hold 70 some mph at grade with all that ft pounds???
My 33 year old mercedes 300SDL can do that without problem.
I just towed a loaded trailer faster than that up a long steep hill in my half ton. My truck however cant do these kinds of trails.. trade offs
This is a section so steep that normal cars can't hold highway speed.
"Epic Views" is an Epic understatement!!
What song starts playing at 11:36?? Shazam doesn’t know!!
I wonder too of source of that awesome soundtracks
Not sure what is better the destinations or the video production. Your only one beautiful girl away from becoming the La Vagaband of Jeep Channels.
He does have a great girl that's in some of his videos. Not sure if she wants to be in all of the trips, I know my wife wouldn't
Funny how Casey didn’t mention any issues with his new Jeep in his last upload 😏
@Casey_250 what's good? 😂
ive spoken to a few people and might do a dedicated episode on it if i can force it to happen again since we also talk a lot of tech on my channel. I don't like to talk about issues I don't fully understand yet.
Casey 250 that would be great. Hopefully there’s a simple fix. I’m strongly considering an EcoDiesel Gladiator when they come out next year to replace my Ram. Keep up the great content 👍🏼
The wife has a 3 liter diesel in a 2015 grand cherokee less than 100,000 miles the def system is costing a lot of money.
I'm not fond of the def system myself, last year on my freightliner I had a repair bill of $1,900 then $900 and another one for $400 after all that had to replace the one box at $10,800. Ill never buy another diesel until the def system is gone.
@@snappertight Same experience. Our 2014 JGC Overland diesel with ORII was a wonderful vehicle - until it wasn't. At about 55,000 mi. the def system actually caught fire at some point. Was driving to the post office 2 miles away and it died. In the shop most of the summer, sold it as soon as we got it back. Warranty and insurance covered the repairs, but not the loss of use and depreciation. I also had a 2012 Rubicon that had to have the head replaced at under 5,000 mi. Will never buy Chrysler again. Now my wife has a Toyota and I have a ZR2 diesel. As soon as the warranty expires, looking at doing a delete. The ZR2 has been a great vehicle so far.
A white man can't jump🤔.
Sure :
They jumped in to a
glacier Lake🇺🇸🙏👍
Looks like I need to sell my F350 and get either a Taco or Jeep
Jeep for sure.....
My father grew up in Banff, WHY THE HELL HE DECIDED TO MOVE TO TORONTO, is beyond me!?!?! LMAO Thanks for sharing our STUNNING country with us all!! 😎
Golden and revy next summer my friend!
Hell yeah!
Hey props to you for pushing that pretty ass jeep to its potential. 99% of the fancy modded out gladiators/rubicon’s you see on the road have never left pavement. But for some reason need wenches, massive off-road tires, lightbars, etc 🧐
Those dents will be memories of some of the best memories you’ll have in that bad boy! Also your editing, storytelling and camera work is like no other! Literally as good if not better than something you’d see on discovery channel. Keep pushing it man you’re gonna be huge one day!
How was the vid??? EPIC AF!!!
This got to be one of the best overlanding channels out here. Love your videos , great videography, edits and background audio. Amazing work.
Thanks!
Awesome video, heading out to the Kootenays next week, cant wait to find some trails and views like these. Holy hell those drone shots ..wow.
Hey man, I dream of being in your shoes some day. Thanks for lighting up my days...I respect you.
Hello from California.
Thank you!
As always beautiful views, amazing trip and excellent video, those Toyota pickups really nice!!!, very nice trip in company of good friends!! And the grand finale with the Margaritas at the glacier!!!! Amazing!! Greetings from the land of Tequila!!!
Cheers!
Have you ever thought about coming to the states and doing the rubicon trail or any other of the big trails here in the USA?
Yes 👍
2020 has pretty much crushed all ability to make plans to come south
The Story Till Now we’ll when you do make plans for it can you post it in some vids before so we can possibly meet you guys up there? I live in Reno Nevada and would love to meet you guys and learn some kool new things from you. Love watching your channel and haven’t missed a vid yet. Keep up the good work sir.
Great video and drone footage Shaun! That was a great adventure and a lot of fun to watch. What is the song/artist that starts around 11:40? I’m getting more and more tempted to switch to a Gladiator after watching your vids 😁
I've been trying to figure this out too, did you figure it out??
Epic is an overused term but this was just that... EPIC!!! You did a great job capturing a glimpse of God's incredible creation! New sub here after hearing about your channel from Casey. Thank you for sharing this adventure. Cheers! 👍💪💯
Thanks Paul! Welcome aboard!
Man again you delivered epic video man it’s amazing those mountains calmed me the F down and you guys rock ,, it’s felt like some part of epic move stay safe ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🙏🙏🙏🤞
Where are you in this? I'm not sure if you ever name the starting location?
Buddy my best friend bought his wife a eco diesel grand Cherokee and it just shut off in the middle of the road , the dealer dont know what the problem is and some Mopar guy connected to the dealer via computer and try’d different fixes and nothing worked . They got it running but it is running extremely ruff and mopar head office can’t figure it out , he may get a whole new jeep .. eco diesel has got alot of issues
its all those electronic nannies in place on the motors, i believe its is strictly a software issue not a hardware issue at all unless the the hardware is made to a very low duty standard/cycle like so much stuff is nowadays
Too bad they didnt use a Cummins motor, everyone would die for that
Once again I'm blown away... Thank you for your hard work making sure your video are perfect and epic... I wish that work like yours should be better compensated from UA-cam... Thanks for the work and great stories.... "Love the sketchy river crossings" The Banks family
NICE!!! You know you can tell the state of mind someone is in by the music they choose for their videos. You guys definitey see your saurroundings in the same light as I do. Glad to have found your channle.
Thanks for the effort and allow me to come along, nice to enjoy with my coffee and taco first thing in the morning.
Hermosos paisajes lindas máquinas 👏👏👏 saludos desde chile 🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱
It only lets me give one thumbs up, which is a travesty. I don't own enough superlatives to describe what I think about this. Wow. 🙌🗻🚙🚙🗻🙌
Love your vids. I'm in the lower mainland as well and go 4 wheelin once in a while mostly by Chilliwack. So many disgusting people leave garbage around. Not many folks get to go where you go. I just hope people are keeping it clean out there. Kudos for jumping in that water.
Great video of beautiful country. Looks like a great group of like minded people! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful country.
Great video. Glad I saw this one as I was planning on going to the first location but I don’t think my Stock Chevrolet Colorado would make it. But the second location is doable. I started in there two years ago but the wife made me turn around .
Great video and that drone fly was great especially with that music... what is the song? Its my vibe.
With that music at the beginning I was expecting you to wrestle a brown bear to the death or give a bald eagle mouth to mouth after saving it from a wild fire, haha. Great vid!!
Shaun, your killing it my man. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 What are you shooting on primarily? I just ordered a Canon R5. Gotta up my game.
Thanks man, GH5s
Awesome, awesome, awesome. We use words like epic, awesome, spectacular I don't know if that really does it Justice🍹
Love all the old Toyota’s. I am slightly biased being a 71 FJ40 owner but damn it makes me smiling seeing those Toyota’s keep up with those brand new Jeeps!
One of yall need to get a pick axe for the harder gravel/rock, looking the views!!:)
I had mine along. He didn’t want video in case I put it thru my foot!! Lol
Ohhh , yall seem professional enough to use one lol, yall are amazing for providing us Beautiful video of Mother Earth and the stretchy terrain you all go through. Thank you so Much!!
#70 = the best yet. Great job. Looks like an epic trip.
Where is that? I'm from BC looking for roads to explore. Threw a sub your way 💪🏼
Thanks for the ride...
And 1000000000000 like for the drone photographer..
diesel is not good at highspeed, high load. You chanel is utterly epic. I want to give a quick input though. Try to avoid fast moving / fast pans / shakey clips. Is a minor touch but otherwise distracting from your other super awesome clips ;) Subscribed awesome stuff!
You guys are awesome. If you ever plan a trip to Virginia or West Virginia, let me know. Would love to hang out.
I’m a Yota guy, but I can’t get enough of this channel.
Thanks!
What an "epic" adventure!! Best video yet! Keep them coming

I was watching our highways here in kootneys like a hawk to see you guys when you came through, but alas, I didn't heh
Hello Shaun. How are you doing? I was wondering what is the name of the song that starts play at 11:34 of this video? I love the song and I have been trying to find but with no success. Please let me know. Thanks.
Sorry it's been about a year so I can't remember.
If you ever remember what it was please let me know. Thanks
hey me too! did you ever figure it out?
awesome video, but that ending was epic. felt like godzilla was coming up the mountains.
Haha awesome. Thanks
Awesome content keep up the great work bro ! What’s the song used around 13:00
trying to figure it out currently, did you ever manage to find it??
Definitely one of your BEST videos yet! Much love from California! ✌🏻
British Columbia is all ant overlander needs!!!!... My husband tackle new forgotten loging road annually and there is just no end to our adventures.. The options are limitless here and you can literally stand places no other human has!.. Just awesome!.. Sometimes we trickle into Yukon and Alaska, but we do't have to lol.. BC has everything we need!.. We are waiting for Covid to calm down then going on an overland trip in the most rugged place in the world (from what we are told), Africa!.. In particular will be probably starting in Namibia and heading to Botwana and back... Australia will be the year after!
Beautiful scenery, thanks for taking us along.
Your videos make me want to move to Canada love the channel man keep it up
Thank you
Very nice, excellent, don't even need the music.

Who does all your air shots? How do you find these places? I'M BEING VERY HONEST. I just subscribed and I am loving it. I live in SD and the Black Hills over some of this too, but not on the large scale. JUST AMAZING! What an amazing God!
One of the best video ever of this kind, really amazing trail and incredible nature! Congrats
I noticed you have a low profile antenna on the black jeep. Could you tell me a little bit
more about it? Are you guys ham radio operators? I have 2 low profile antennas like it. One
for 440 Mhz and the other for 900Mhz. I would love to try 900Mhz in those mountains.
if you EVER decide to go as far as the yukon territory for some adventure....,SEND ME SOME KIND OF REPLY AND I'LL SEE IT AND LET THE FUN BEGIN. LOL
Random late comment but if your eco diesel is based on the Mercedes system (85% sure) there is a button on the floor under the gas pedal that is used to both downshift into a lower gear when passing; and when the key is in the second position (electronics on, engine off) to reset the electronic throttle body and transmission ECU. If I had to guess I'd say you somehow triggered the ECU reset mode by holding your foot to the floor for too long. You found an easter egg, congrats. My advice is to never leave home without a Blue Driver, it can reset the entire system. My Mercedes would have "limp moded" me a dozen times without it. Baring that you can unplug the battery for 10 minutes or run through the ECU reset procedure. Second key position and hold your foot to the floor until you hear the electronic throttle body starts making noise. Then take your foot off the pedal but leave the key in the second position for a few minutes until the system has fully reset. Good luck and keep your brain box dry.
Also, I'm loving the BC offroad vids, keep it up boys. It's nice to see some homegrown outback trails see some coverage.
This shot of the structured ice is mindblowing. A gem. Really well done. How do you manage to drive while piloting the drone ?
Glad this channel popped up on related definitely subscribed
I had an eco-diesel..... never ever again. Alot of issues. Good luck guys. I just bought a LJ (not jl) and I am building it, with a sbc LS and 10spd. See you all on the trails
I see 65 people that didn’t like the video!!! I am just not sure what exactly they didn’t like!?? Like they must be blind or stupid!!
You keep doing what you do guys! We our dreams threw you!!
Awesome vid! I found the trail you guys drove in the first half of the video on a topo map this last summer and drove it solo and blind in my 2nd gen taco on 32s, with 4.30s, a trutrac, a small lift, and skids. There isn't much info out there about this trail, so I was super pumped when I found your video!
Have you or your friends ever had issues with the wranglers? Issues where people would say “see jeeps are unreliable?” Had mine for 4000km and brought it in the shop as it wouldn’t start. Mechanic said water got into the electric module.
Totally awesome 👌
Serious off roading👍💯👍💯👍💯👍
Margaritas 🍹 🍹 definitely 👈 well deserved✌‼️😉
You guys should get a advertising fee from Max Trax..what an endorsement!!! Lol. That place is absolutely stunning!!! Thanks for sharing
I live in Indonesia. Tropical islands in the equator. Watching U guys shipping iced margarita n' chillin' on that snowy lake shore on the top of a mountain with only tees n' shorts, Maann !! U GUYS RAWK !! ✊😎
