O can't thank you enough to provide your perspective on your trip, without any unnecessary comments and music. Just the natural surrounding ambience. Just the perfect combination that made me feel like im having the trip.
I LOVE watching your videos. They are so tranquil.👩🏫👩🏫🙋♀️ I LOVE Chestnuts. My Mom makes a chestnut stuffing. My Dad used to sell roasted chestnuts in the streets of NYC when I was kid; maybe that is where I got my love of chestnuts from.
Hearing that crunch from the yuba cheese snack sounded very promising. I love hearing crunch sounds like that, because you know it's gonna be a good one
i can feel butterfly on my stomach while watching your videos. bcs im currently writing down every places i need to visit if i really go to japan next year. the excitement is real!! thank youuu for the amazing video
I just started watching all if your videos as a new subscriber. Something about Japanese cuisine where even at the smallest/most simple of eateries it seems like there is just so much more pride taken in the food served compared to American culture. I love that aspect.
Such a cute little town. Only thing I have tried that you featured in this video was chestnuts. Love them. I am not much for sweets but still would love to try all of these one day.
Shinichi, I love this video. YUM!! Beautiful photography, lovely sounds (including crunch), gorgeous weather, lovely pottery,! I want to leave home and come to Japan!! ARIGATO Jiggly dessert is fun and delicious looking! Warm regards from Minnesota!
Love chestnuts! I always look forward to fresh chestnuts in the fall/winter season. Everything looks so yummy in your plate. I would love to try the adzuki bean desert....is it warm or cold? I think it would be delicious either way. Thank you for taking us around Japan, to see the beautiful places and salivate on the onolicious food. As always, stay safe on all your travels! Take care! Big hugs and kisses to you, Satoshi and Justin.
Hi from America love your videos alot and some of the food you eat look amazing. Wish you could do a video on just tofu I love tofu alot. Also I enjoy your videos with Justin so cute my cat some times sits on my lap and watches your videos with me and her ears perk up when Justin is on screen. Ty for showing some wonderful food and places in Japan.
the wagashi platter looked so good, but i'm still hoping you eat some fancy kakigori... i know that summer is over, but my eyes lit up when i saw the kinako kakigori on the menu!!
IWATFF 🍡🍢🌰🌰🌰🌰🌰 KYOTO never fails to surprise me. I liked the look of the Yuba fish kebab so crunchy .Dessert was a nice refreshing way to end the video. Yes I do enjoy eating 🌰chestnuts 💙 it. 🤗
I have never seen the street leading up to Kiyomizudera so empty! Sannenzaka is one of my favourite areas in Kyoto :D The wagashi shop there looks amazing. would love to go there next time. Mitarashi dango was the first wagashi I ever tried and I loved it so much I ate a pack each day hahaha can't do that nowadays anymore. Although i still like dango I like kusa mochi and warabi mochi more now. Perhaps I should try and recreate te zenzai at home. I love yuba but I'm not really with the cheese, just a plain fishcake for me would be great.
Such a lovely video! I enjoy seeing the different shops. I noticed that the manhole covers in Osaka had a maritime theme. Is there a theme to these ones?
Japan is so beautiful and clean. It is ultra-developed and has a great infrastructure but still has its culture on its hats. Japan is the ideal and best country in all aspects in this world. Ps. Including food.
Q_Q I want to visit Kiyomizu again. Last year in november, I was there and loved all those little shops and the whole atmosphere. Also notice how clean the streets are like 3:11. One of my favourite shops around Kiyomizu was that one Ume-Shop, i don't remember the name but it was a huge store(I think at 3:11 if you go upwards, instead of down the stairs, you will get there) and they sold many many different products around Ume, like Umeboshi but also Ume-fruit juice concentrate, it was interesting because it was full of japanese customers, I guess domestic tourists, I kinda love this because it shows that each japanese region has unique special products. I also loved that one shop(a quite tiny store) selling chili powder, near the Ume-store...a little more down the street, with products like yellow ground chili powder. I love Japan ♥
Very odd and authenticly Japanese snacks, but your descriptions make them seem worth trying! Not necessarily sweets in the sugary sense, more like in the "starchy" sense, to understand some of the Japanese and Asian ideals of food. In Asia, things like starchy vegetables and beans that are light and alittle sweet, along with rice, grains and nuts are almost treaded with the Western concept of "sweet fruits". That also bridges the concept of alot of unique food combinations in Asia! You left Matcha a mystery, so I'm going to have to look that up!...😁😁👍✌
Do you like chestnuts? Haha, I've had chestnuts cooked and served in many ways, but I never truly liked any of them like I would enjoy all that mochi. The dango looks incredibly tasty, I hope I get to travel to Japan and try it one day.
I liked how you apologized for not being able to pick up that mochi like chill bruh. The fact that you didn't edit it and actually made it candid instead is awesome.
I have not had mochi or any other Japanese foods but I am dying to try them all. It is my dream to oneday travel throughout Japan for atleast a year and experience everything
The food looked delicious and the area looked so nostalgic. The weather looked nice too. Have a wonderful day.
