Thanks for posting! I was interested in getting a Speedy for my first LV bag, and this video changed my mind! Love the Siena - great design, lots of pockets, comfortable to use, and, as you say, more unique!
I have the Sienna in the MM & I love it! It holds a lot & easy to get into. The Speedy is hard to get in & out of but still a beautiful bag in the DA. Thanks for the review💕

Thank you. I have been thinking of this bag for my next purchase. It was very helpful. I do find the opening of my speedy b 25 quite small. My organiser wallet would be scratched trying to use it with the small opening.

I purchased the Siena Pm because of the reasons you described. I have a Speedy 30 and I just hate it, seems like a hole. But they are so popular!

Hi Crystal!! I was debating on the speedy B and the siena PM- I went with the siena. Its so pretty and versatile and love how it lays cross body.

MissCrystal it is,! I also was checking the Neverfull mono MM since I don’t have one yet. But that’s more casual as only a day bag where the Siena can be great from day into evening. That’s what made my decision.

The Siena PM would be my pick as well Crystal 👜 I love the wider opening... getting stuff in and out, and being able to see everything in the bag at a glance is an important feature to me ;-) Plus the nice pleat dresses up the bag a lot too ✨

Thanks for doing these videos - really appreciate them! I enjoy seeing people‘s opinions in the videos and in the comments and hearing why they choose one over the other. DE definitely for the care factor. I feel like everyone has the Favorite and find the Croisette or the Clapton (the clasp makes me nervous about scratches, though) unique. For some reason I am drawn to the hobo type of bag as well. The Duomo Hobo is interesting. I don’t like the new Graceful, but like the older Delightful (discontinued, of course).

Thanks for the video. It helped me decide. I purchased the Siena pm. I love it. Only thing my zipper isn’t so smooth. Any tips on how to get the zipper more smooth?
It’s such a great bag! I have a Gucci bag with a rough zipper. I’ve taken wax paper to it and it helps a little.
Is the strap adjustable on the Sienna? I just bought the speedy 30 B, even with my organizer, it tends to slouch when full. May order the sienna. Thanks for the comparison video!

Love that you have done this awesome video comparisons. I have had the Siena pm for almost 2yrs and I love it SO MUCH and basically want the same features but in the Azur - if ONLY they did the Siena pm in the Azur!!!!! I’m thinking of purchasing the speedy B25 as I want the exact thing of the Siena - but am so hesitant because of the speedy opening. Do you think I will hate the speedy b opening if I LOVE the wide and easy access of the Siena!!??? I kinda think I will????

I’m not familiar with the other bag you mentioned. But yes, you may find the opening annoying on the Speedy. That’s one of the major differences to me. I ended up selling my Speedy not long after this video. 😊

Love my sienna. The opening sealed it for me. And has more compartment pockets.

Honestly I have developed such an enduring love for Speedy these days. 💘 LV Speedy B 30 Damier is my forever bag! I don't usually hot stamp my goodies (since I change my mind ALL the time 🤓) but this one is here to stay. 📌The Azur one ... we shall see! 🤔

Hi, I actually sold the Speedy right after filming this video. I just prefer the Siena. It's a great bag and I carried it a ton. I probably won't move back into it for a few months. Definitely one of my favorite bags!

Have you had any cracking issues with the Siena? LV recently gave me credit for my Speedy 30 that was 10 years old due to cracking on the zipper line (both sides). The SA talked me into getting the Speedy 30 B, but I am having second doubts about the bag due to the issue. I still have time to return it, so I wanted to see how yours held up as an everyday bag.

Love your videos! I've been lusting after a Siena and am debating between the PM and MM. I've been leaning towards the PM for every day use. The MM seems a tad too big. I was wondering though..could an IPad fit in the Siena PM? I don't carry it often, but it'd be nice if it would fit when I'd need it.

I have, but I'm not sure if the 11.8 measurement is at the base or at the zipper. I also don't live somewhere that's easy to walk into a store to measure for myself. Thank you for the reply, though!

The Siena PM is one of my favorite bags and I carry it almost daily.

It’s really personal preference. DE is my favorite so I have many. 😊
Do you feel like the quality of the canvas is not as good these days?
It depends on the bag. Some seem the same and others are more thin.
Great comparison video! I debated between these two bags for months but my final decision was based on the straps.
The Speedy B can be worn 3 ways (as a shoulder bag, hand held or crossbody) whereas the Siena strap doesn't have that middle piece so it's really just a crossbody or a very long shoulder bag. As much as I love the design of the Siena pm, I chose the Speedy B 25 for that reason.
If you adjust the strap, it can be worn as a shoulder bag that isn't too long. A shoulder bag doesn't necessarily mean closer up under your arm. I wear it as a shoulder bag the majority of the time. So actually it can be worn all three ways as well. Enjoy your Speedy!
Of course, I understand that it can be worn over the shoulder but when I tried the Siena on in the store on the shortest setting it was still longer than I like a shoulder bag to be....just a personal preference but I do love both bags.

the speedy is too boring and basic, there's no fashion sense or imagination to it, it's like Lululemon leggings or Uggs, every girl on a college campus will own it everywhere you look like it's a uniform
Yes, definitely not my favorite but a classic for the line nonetheless.
