Similar thing has happened to me at Mulund Police station where with the High court order for FIR against Anand Dargar of Metro group for cheating us, non payment of rents, delay the project by 9 years, not making PAAA yet, etc. I complained to CP Mumbai & Home dept, but the IO Pramod Kokate took wrong one sided statements of culprits and again gave me "civil matter" letter. I complained of this IO to CP/Home but it has not been forwarded yet from CP to DCP Zone-7 yet. Meanwhile I made Police, a party in my case at City civil court but the judge there is also biased. Will have to complaint of judge now. No politician in power has helped me till date BJP & SS (both).
I'm Myself a lawyer & found this video. Realistic about the ground situation. Frauds happening at various levels in property market even registered estate agents are Cheated by builder's & common Man is a easy catch especially if has no connection with legal Field....
But than again court , we all know how one suffers court takes years to give justice , the builder has money to higher lawyers come in car what about the common man attending court for years

There is nothing except trust . No matter how many precautions you take still there is always big risk in subvention plans. I am not saying every builder will be a defaulter but you will never know who will default and when. By the way i am also looking for buying a flat but changed my mind after understanding the risk . Instead of going for 3 years down the line possession go for something which you can see is about be ready in 8 to 12 months. Or igo for resale market. Projects which are nearing possession have less risk. You can go and see progress and can try to connect with other buyers if you get a chance. 10:90 or 20:80 with 3 or 4 years plan is always a risk . Be careful…
@@DrSamAnderson honestly speaking i do not know anyone in my personal contact using mivan for more than 15 years . Theoretically it is more durable ,strong ,efficient and faster process of construction but realistically if we have to evaluate good or bad of any technology or type construction then minimum 20 years customer experience required to tell whether this method is actually good of not. I know people will argue or have different set of opinion . People keep on saying on social media that mivan may have life of 100 years but who knows as of now ? It may be very good of may not be but i would rather suggest to focus on multiple aspects of flat location builder vicinity future prospects including minute details which you will get inside the flat and also society. May be channel owner Krish can throw some light on Mivan as he has much more experience.
