That's a great review, with a car like this is like you said is very good and some bad things to consider have a daily driver with a car with insane H.P. and as you know you must pay to play(as per fuel costs) have a monster of a car will cost a fortune to daily drive but has to be a blast. Way back in high school (86) I got a svo Mustang. 4 banger turbo, similar power to the GT of the day, but the wastegate was adjusted to 18psi. Stock was about 13psi. I got really good at driving that car. Similar to a 2 stroke dirt bike. I would love to go turbos on my 16, but it’s a 3.73 car.
I have ferrada fr3 on my single turbo mustang The rims are staggered 305 in the back I fix the rubbing problem with a set of SR performance coilovers , The 16 damping settings is perfect for your set up, from American muscle
The Mustangs have had their highs and lows over the years and the S550 is definitely one of it’s supreme highs. Oh gotta get one dig on you…Magnadrone! I like the Borla system I know you said the Magnaflows spec out best with this turbo setup. Sound wise Magnaflow is always going to be nasty loud with drone.

I’m running Weld S71 on a MT ET Street SS 305/45/17. They hook decent on the street from a roll on my 950whp 19’ GT. You could always run the SS on the street and the R at the track. I feel your pain with E85.. my car averages 8 mpg!

Raise the suspension up in the back would help with squat on pulls to also the channel would do better if you did street pulls blur out the street signs and stuff watch for cops n what not but gotta do street content for people to get into it good luck tho brother been here for probably about a year and change your awesome love to watch and hear the news and your take on everything

Unfortunately it wasn't rubbing the fenders. The wheels simply stuck out too far and the car came down on the tires.. I think the offset was off personally. They should not have stuck out 1.5 inches from the outer body panel.

I have a 2019 stock GT. I love it and don't drive it very hard, but I like to redline it occasionally but struggle with the rev hang. Do you have any tips with shifting the manual at the 6k+ rpm?
What size wheel & tire r you running Racer? I have a 2020 s550 and with the right wheel size and offset on stock springs, at least for now, I can fit 285’s up front and 305’s in the rear on 19’s with no rub what-so ever. Maybe the offset is off on the wheels you really want to run.
for sure buddy.. the only issue that I have when holding the paddle is that it doesn't put it high enough in the RPM band for the turbos to be efficient
@@RacerX9 Oh man that sucks. I wonder if it’s set for factory in the computer and or trans potentially tune able or if it’s mechanically set in the trans itself. I’m sure they raised your rev limit then tuned it for that under boost. Maybe something to look at with your tuner because this would be tits for roll racing or even on the street use. The way I see it is the tech exists on the vehicle prior although you drag race so may not even be worth the money or time in your situation. Would be an interesting video and a good unique one that I’ve never scene, that’s for sure. I figured you had already checked it and knew about the button to drop and hold rpm but had to mention it. Aside from Mechanic costs what does it cost to do the twin turbo and inter cooler set up? Could we do this with the active exhaust or would the exhaust upgrade be required?
it’s probably too late but it’s gonna run you like 6k to get everything and make it reliable. and the exhaust will need an upgrade. but you can get active exhaust to open and close and be quiet or rowdy.
Wonder why you would down grade to a ford.. .only thing I can think it could be is the insurance cost. If not would really like to know why... Well maybe one day you can get back into a challenger.

The website I went through said they will fit flush. I even called ferrada and they comfirmed. I should be mounting mine in the next week or 2. When I do I'll come back and update you.
The car likes to leave at 6k rpm and unfortunately brake boosting does very little to achieve those types of RPM's .. it really just serves to fade the brakes with little to no increase performance. Ideally anti lag is the way to go

IMO Magnaflow have the best sound but the drone sucks! Borlas and Corsa are just obnoxiously loud.

Get your fenders rolled...or flaired. Its pretty common an inexpensive so the wheels will fit

Mine are 20x9 in the front and 20x10.5 in the back with 305's. The offset in the rear is 40 and they said it should fit but it definitely doesn't.
