Cover Crop Experiences in Row Crops, Organic Vegetables, Livestock - MO CC & Soil Health Conference

The first farmer panel features on-farm videos and discussions on cover crops and other regenerative practices within different agricultural production systems, including row crops, organic vegetables, and mixed row crop and livestock production.
Speakers included four innovative farmers from across the state of Missouri:
• Cecil Harness from Harness Farms (New Hartford, MO)
• Johnny Hunter from Castor River Farms, (Dexter, MO)
• Kate Lambert from Uptown Farms (Laclede, MO)
• Liz Graznak from Happy Hollow Farm (Jamestown, MO)
The Missouri State Conference on Cover Crops and Soil Health was hosted by the MU Center for Regenerative Agriculture on December 14th-15th, 2021.
