I was really looking forward to this review, the Titan Class Autobot Ark! You know, this reminds me a lot of Transformers: Animated, when the Ark actually transforms into Omega Supreme. But they never made a toy of that one. I'm not crazy about the gaps in ship mode where the legs are, they could have gone the extra mile to make them better, but hey, he looks quite majestic, and another Titan Class to add to your collection, Paul! Hope you got enough space! ;) Awesome review, Paul!

You can take a cigarette lighter and make the burn marks. I did my star trek uss enterprise 1701 body with a cigarette lighter and made burn Mark's, and it looks so realistic. Remember dont hold the lighter to long in one place. It looks so fantastically real. Looks like it been hit with laser fire.
I kinda prefer the Ark being just a ship. Not everything needs to be a transformer.
It also takes away from the uniqueness from Autobots like Omega Supreme, Metroplex and Fortress Maximus.
Yet, in any case. “Ark mode” looks pretty good.

@@AhDollar Good point. I'm a little mad because I got a sweet deal on it at Target but got two left knees and had to take them back, and then I had to buy them on Amazon for $10 over MSRP. Now is $10 under MSRP. But your point is a positive outcome.
The nemesis did transform in the alligned continuity so it wouldn't be that new
I like how they did the bridge and makes its scale right with the little figures. Wouldn't it be cool if the companies made a art big enough for the regular size transformers, kinda like Luke Skywalker in the x-wing fighter or hun solo in the millennium falkin

To be fair I remember in Beast Wars there were actually two golden discs. In one of the episodes Dinobot fines two of them in the Predacon ship. I’m actually really excited for this. Once this gets released in a couple of stores I am definitely buying it. Always love your content Optibotimus.
Yes, one is from the Voyager space probe and the other is an alien disc which controles alien tech.

I bought the ARK a few weeks ago and already ordered my upgrade kit for it to fill in that side gaps also I want to toyhax for new labels, I will keep mine displayed in ship mode it’s gonna look awesome ones I put everything together
i kinda wish instead it was a retooled omega since it would be a better use for omega story wise included seeing as he disappeared at the final battle of seige

I have discovered after some tinkering, that in ship mode, the two halves tab together much better than I thought. But it all depends on how you orient the arm/shoulder joints when you tuck them in, and how the forearm sections are angled/rotated. The more linear you can make them fit, the more snug you can make it. And that seems to create more bite and grip for the tabs which are supposed to hold the front and aft sections together....
The connect problem is all over the internet. I've owned two arcs and they both did it.

I just got him a few days ago I keep him in the robot mode. 8 call him Mainframe not the ark.As for the other Mainframe he is just Teletraan.plus I keep him in yhr computer mode and display him with the smaller figures that are size accurate. I'd love to do an ark scene .instead of titan class lists get playsets 9f the ark and Nemesis

Hey optibotimus do you plan on getting the custom upgrade kit for Kingdom Ark from eBay? It comes with support for the backs of his legs with additional turrets, a piece for the tail end of the Ark and the option of having his head with led lights for light-up eyes.
The smaller one is called mainframe? A tribute maybe to the studio that made the beast wars and reboot series?🤷🏻♂️
I don't believe so cus the action master character by the same name came out before the animation studio
Can the gray area on top of the ship open up like it did to launch the shuttle at the end of Nemesis Part 2 ?

If we compare the partners that came with previous Titan figures Mainframe/Teletran definitely wins.
You need two arts. One to leave as a ship and the other leave transform. From the sledgemaster
Simple is always better and more fun to change. Should never take minutes to change a transformer no matter if it's for a adult or child

I thought the Panels on Mainframe would fill in the gaps of his robot mode. Nope. And 170 dollars? For this? I'd think 80-90 would be more reasonable. With 170 I'd expect a seamless transformation with few gaps in Vehicle mode.
