So many wonderful ways of performing this piece. Tamara's did not disappoint.
I thought this man was going to sing, but then I understood: This work is complete as it is. He did the right when he was standing there, and just listen to this fantastic performance.

Interesting. I used to a quicker tempo, but rather than dismiss out of hand I sat listening intently to this interpretation. I am finally getting over this idea that once I have heard it one way (typically the first hearing) then all other renditions are "wrong". This is wonderous and provides a beautiful and heartfelt reading of this arrangement. Bravo!

A beauriful and very sensitive interpretation of this piece. It should be mentioned that Johann Sebastian Bach did this transcription of the piece for harpsichord. It was originally written as an oboe concerto.

That's great. I'm a fan too but I hadn't seen recent images of him. See what I mean - he's changed a lot since he was younger? They're a nice couple. I've seen videos of him explaining how his voice works. He seems a very nice person.

It appears that he is getting ready to be accompanied by Tamar, as the video ends - probably a singer. It's probably a concert of brief pieces, a few of which might be played solo by Tamar.
The man is Andreas Scholl - one of the world’s greatest countertenors. He’s married to the pianist; she’s been accompanying him and is now playing this as a solo.
He's the caretaker, waiting to shift the piano off stage at the end.
A off day for Bach if it is authentic.

The man is star singer Andreas Scholl. I was accompanying him on the piano in a voice recital. This piece in the video was just an interlude of solo piano between songs.
