Im disabled and watch a lot of outdoors videos on UA-cam including yours and Brooks, Partially to live vicariously and partially to motivate myself. Of all the videos i have seem over the last few years, this is by far the most awesome. This is my dream. Thank you.
First of all I have to say big thanks to you. I found this video about two weeks ago. Incredibly, I found myself 20 years ago in this video. I am the Japanese with black hair in the past two minutes. I was there exactly!! It’s my first solo adventure that kayaking Yukon. I could clearly remember my precious memories in this video. I appreciate you made this video. And thank you so much for Neil and your family. I had good sleep on raft cabin at that time. One more appreciate to you guys from Japan.
This is a great story to watch on a Saturday morning while the house is quiet and the family is still asleep. It makes me dream of a river far away that I hope to see one day. Thank you so much for sharing this.
Dear Dave and Brooke, I have watched this raft trip several times and each experience is so entertaining and enriching. I was 77 on 12/27/21 and am still very spiritually vibrant. However, severe orthroartritis handicaps me such that my former normal adventures are mostly verboten. Thus, I very much vicariously enjoy every video you both produce. Just 10 years ago I was able to engage in all the exhiIariating activities I witness you doing. I ask not for any pity but joy that I so enjoy your wonderful visual productions. Thank and bless you and your wonderful son and daughter so much for the gifts you have given me. Blessings, Larry ductions. I cariously
Dave, this was probably my favorite video you’ve ever posted on your channel. Those memories you created with your family and friends will last a lifetime. Life at its best my friend. ❤️✌️😎
@@b-radfrommalibu2702 it's good for people to live their dreams no matter what age. I have a dream of taking an old boat I have that needs alot of work down to the Gulf Of Mexico. It's 490 miles down river from me, takes about 4 or 5 days one way. Would be an adventure. Great thing about my boat is that it's aluminum and light at 24 feet it's only about 900 pounds and trailerable. So My Uncle said he would drag my trailer down to Mobile or Gulf Shores and pick up me and the boat if I would like. But 10 days on the water doesn't sound so bad. Another good thing I have a four stroke outboard for it so good fuel mileage. Unlike the 2 stroke on it now.
I'm so thankfull for you and Brooke sharing amazing wonderfull stuff , you guys are so generous . thanks a million . J'ai le sourire fendu d'une oreille à l'autre et le coeur léger chaque fois que je vous suit MERCI !
Your story telling is captivating. The memories shared are so much appreciated. Wish I were 21 and could start over, as this would be my dream. Thank you again for a glimpse of an extraordinary time.
At the end of your documentary I was wishing that I had grown up in Alaska. What a wonderful wonderful thing rolling down the river on a raft. With your voice, you should be speaking and doing documentaries all the time. Thoroughly enjoyed thanks!
You have a gift for storytelling! Love your videos and your lovely girl in the woods videos! You are my favorite you tubers! ❤️ So very sorry to hear of Brookes brother passing. Prayers for you all. 🙏🏻 I am a fellow Michigander. Looking forward to your trip back to the UP property. There’s healing in the Forest. May God bless you and comfort you all.
Sept 26 2020.... Just had this in my recommended videos. Love the adventure and the story. This is what is missing in our society today. Adventure and real connection to our natural world and each other. Great story. God Bless
What an amazing story. It is so refreshing to see great people doing great things, all the while making great memories. I can speak for all of us here in UA-cam land when I say - we wish we were there with you all. Thank you, Dave. You are an exemplary narrator/story teller.
Before my husband passed we were so fortune to be blessed. With the northern lights which I never since seen them, but my memories I hold very close and dear. What a voyage you all had as a family.

It's been awesome following you and Brooke over the last few years, and now Mick as he starts his channel. Going back through your videos and seeing baby Mick makes me laugh. Kid had one rad childhood. More adventure on that rafting trip than most adults have in a lifetime I'd bet.

Just one more glimpse of life well lived,,, that so much of the human race has rejected for a plastic -coated life of emptiness. The land and all its beauty for those with eyes to see,, and contentment so easily found. Thanks so much,,you Bushradicals,, for sharing it all with us.
Thank you for having me along...what a wonderful time...and thank you for inspiring me to revive my own dream...of finishing my schoolie bus and seeing beautiful Alaska with my grand daughters along ... many more happy memories for you ahead...loved the adventure.
