Yeah because they are all 4k upscales with no dolby vision typically digtal 4k upscales arnt really worth a 4k remaster without dolby vision I feel like the sales arnt gonna be good

You have different 4k players ❓ I have a huge collection of DVDs and was wondering if they both upconvert and which is your preferred player. Again, I have DVDs, Blu-ray, and 4k disks. I appreciate your opinion. 👍😎

Any inside information on Kung Fu Panda 2 and 3 maybe in time for KFP4 home release? You said "years" for the rest of the releases so I take it, probably not, but no specific dates announced?
Sadly no
The very first 'Roundup' movie is called 'Outlaws' and is based on true events. Although I haven't seen the latest one I still don't think anything is going to top the first one.
I really wish they would have put this out as single discs as well but I get the business reason.
On a side note, the others is probably my favorite 4K disc. It's perfect in my mind
I have my heart and wallet set on a single release of The Ring. I can't justify paying for a set where I only like 1 of the movies. 2 out of 3 in a set as ringers is pretty bad. Pun intended.

thank you for your reviews! I‘m a little bit concerned about your review of „Phase IV“. Sounds not so impressed. I have the german Blu-ray Mediabook release from capelight pictures. I also have bought the vinegar syndrome 4k release imported into my my parents house. My father died and I can’t compare if i have had the right decision to buy that 4k release. Because I live in berlin and there is my 4k equipment. I found this Blu-ray release pretty damn good. Do you know that there some issues with, clomping, blocking and digital noise of the 4k release from vinegar compare to the capelight pictures release?
The Vinegar Syndrome release is fantastic. And that's what he's saying too. It's just that it still has some minor viewing hiccups that are present in any of the previous releases of it. He did forget to show and mention that there's a 40 page booklet that is included in the Limited Edition along with the companion storyboard booklet. Personally, I've never seen it on disc before but it sounds like it's a pretty good improvement on the Capelight Digibook. However, yes, the audio sux.

I hate DreamWorks’ one movie per year strategy they are doing for 4K releases of their franchises. I would have rather waited 2 years to get the entire trilogy instead of this.
I tried to make the jump to 4k UHD but wow my TV is not HDR ready and the down conversion of HDR to SDR makes the movies look horrible... I am sticking to normal Blu-ray till I make the move to OLED
Also, make sure your OLED supports HDR cause without it, you're still stuck with SDR, even if it's OLED

@@Timer5TimUnless you get a fairly old 4k OLED they all do have HDR.
@@Timer5Timall of them are trust me. I have a lg gx (4 yrs old) it has hdr.
Once you get an OLED, you will definitely appreciate the HDR. You can still buy 4k discs, as long as they come with bluray, too.
Any new OLED will have HDR, no matter which brand.
I got an LG C1 65" OLED about a year and a half ago. I upgraded from an inexpensive Samsung 55" 4k LCD with very poor HDR and the difference was incredible.
