I don’t get how someone can complain (validly) about how hard it is to be poor (or even just not rich) and then get upset about the world changing, as if the very classism they’re addressing hasn’t always been the status quo. I think they just become more aware to the injustices poor people face as they grow older and confuse that growth in perception for external change.
It’s obvious that the world is changing for the worse bc corporations are only getting stronger inflation has caused the housing market to soar and the overall prices of everything to soar the gdp of America is made up of 10-15% of houses being bought and sold so when nobody can afford housing that overall worsens our economy so yea the world is not changing for the better rn it’s getting worse
But you’re trying to say that it was always this bad these ppl are just learning about it now and while that may be the case for some no democrats have done anything to help with any of the injustices they just throw money at the problem(welfare) instead of fixing the poorly structured system they made and I’m not saying all republicans are good (bc Ron desantis definitely not good) and all democrats bad but whole communities are destroyed and can’t even have grocery stores bc theft is so bad and the state literally decriminalized stealing

Taking access away from kids to basic things like the internet or a phone is not parenting. Having conversations with them, actually being a part of their lives so they open up to you is parenting.
