Also after some months as the clutch pads are wearing out, the biting point of clutch will change so we need to give more throttle. But in bikes we have the direct control in clutch 🙂. Finally, size of the wheels doesn't matter here. To move those vehicles in certain speed like 60kmph, scooty wheels needs to spin much faster than bike wheels as he said but also as the bike wheels are larger in diameter they requires lot of torque than scooty wheels (same amount of "POWER"). And that's why a variable transmission is present in between the engine and wheel axial to match the wheel speed with the engine's usable RPM bandwidth.

Nooo, in automatic cars we have many types of transmission like AMT, torque converter, CVT, DCT. But AMT will give more mileage because of the minimum loss. Also the CVT present in automatic car isn't like the same in scooters, because the speed reduction ratio is continuously monitored and changed by "Engine Management System" and "Transmission Control Unit" to operate at maximum possible efficiency.
You missed out one point. In scooters the engine is located at the rear, so it has to give more power. Automatic gear 2 wheeler TVS XL100 gives more mileage than scooters because the engine is located in the front. Another point Scooter is a technical term, so don't use the word scooty.

And as the max RPM is 6000 @ max power the reciprocating loss in piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, camshaft, valves, rocker arms are going to be less. Secondly it's not using the conventional CVT transmission as other scooters. It uses a single speed gear box with large speed reduction ratio. And this gear box is mated with the engine through a centrifugal clutch same as other scooters. And once again the power from gear box is transferred to the rear wheel via a chain drive with large gear ratio to increase the torque at rear wheel. It's very simple mechanism eliminating many loss in transmission, also it's not an automatic transmission so you should not compare with other scooters. And finally in vehicles, as you are going faster and faster you need more and more power. Because aerodynamic loss will increase drastically with speed. So as the gear ratio is too high between the engine and rear wheel, even though the engine spins 6000 RPM you can't go more than 65kmph. So it also minimises drag loss. Thats why you can get more mileage. There is nothing to say with engine location here.

Wrong bro. Gear ratio has two parts. RPM and "TORQUE". When the RPM increases, the torque decreases. With lesser torque, the tyre will not have enough force to even move the vechicle. That's why you cannot move the vechicle at 4th or 5th gear. In CVT, there are other parts like centrifugal and electronic gear engaging systems, that precisely determine the torque required and adjust the RPM according. If these CVT and auto transmission is properly tuned, the scooty system will give more mileage than gear bike. The bike tyre diameter has nothing to do with mileage. With bigger diameter, you also need more torque thus more power. RPM and KMPH are different. Don't confuse them both.
Wheel diameter will not decide the energy consumption whether the continuous transmission or intermitted transmission decide the fuel consumption because they will is both supported on the transmission pully and ball bearings
