Dominions 6 RELEASE! First Impressions and Musings

I just picked up Dominions 6 and wanted to make a new video just taking a look at the new features of the game, new nations and magic, while giving my thoughts of strategy and gameplay changes.
Will follow up next time with a more in-depth singleplayer playthrough and eventually Multiplayer.

Well the Dog republic is OP, two attacks on almost everything, heavily armoured and a variety of weapons and magic, formation fighting etc

I might try the little hobbit nation for a full playthrough since I love Size 1 (size 2 now) gremlins.

A minor thing (for this game at least) - you didn't record audio for the game. I only noticed because you mentioned the great music I couldn't hear around 40 minutes into the video

Yes I realized that as well when I was editing, I must have forgotten to enable game sound record. I’ll include it next time to get some of the in-game music as I like it a lot over Dom5

I missed quite a lot honestly, I wanted to give my first honest impressions of the game. Soon I’ll make a followup to play through a game as one of the new nations to see the new mechanics in more detail.
