So after like the 50th time of listening I noticed around 13:55 the guy who walks up and says "don't worry, he yells at me all the time" looks like a much younger version of Nick, to me it looks like a way of saying that he used to fight with himself a lot, which I definitely think speaks volumes especially to people that have dealt with mental health issues
