Yes you are. Just register via FIA route and send an email to students@accaglobal.com and ask them to switch you to ACCA Knowledge Level. For a difference so small they usually switch you to ACCA course.

No articleship concept in foreign courses. They have PER (Practical Experience Requirements), which is basically a job and ACCA candidates are paid full salary for that.

BSC from OBU never made VISA easier. It is honorarium degree and I never asked students to get it. OBU has BSC full time and gives 9 ACCA exemptions, that is a better option. We are also tied up UK universities for similar model.
