Irwin this dudes just trying to be different. You are 100% correct. Because what your basically is saying is having a Good game plan. This is what we are going to do as a group. Everyone understands their role within the machine. Which then allows you read what you suppose to do which is what he's saying. But I'd like to that one of Darvin main problems was he didn't know how to do in game adjustments. And as a coach you must have that mental capability. On that part read the game. Because it's a game of chess.
If we hire JJ I don’t want to hear Anthony complain about bad timeouts, bad sets, bad rotations etc
Yup because that’s lack of experience which a lot of fans say JJ don’t have
It comes down to the personnel. JJ could be a good coach in the way that Steve Kerr was -- but we'll never know unless he has some basic tools. If Bron wants it, it could be worth the risk -- I like Kenny Atkinson better personally but JJ will not lose the press conference and will have the players respect.
Coaching experience is important. When your assistants fuck up how would you know if you have 0 coaching experience….?
Garland is worse than DLO both can't score in the playoffs. DLO is a better shooter Garland is quicker but smaller. Don't trade for Garland his contract is insane for what he is in the playoffs.
