- Orlando Bloom & Archie Madekwe are interviewed for Gran Turismo, the movie based on the PlayStation video game. Directed by Neill Blomkamp, the film stars David Harbour, Orlando Bloom, Archie Madekwe, Darren Barnet, Geri Halliwell Horner and Djimon Hounsou. Anna Smith asks the questions.
Plot: Based on the unbelievable true story of a team of unlikely underdogs - a struggling working-class gamer (Archie Madekwe), a failed former racecar driver (David Harbour), and an idealistic motorsport executive (Orlando Bloom). Together, they risk it all to take on the most elite sport in the world. The movie is said to be an inspiring, thrilling, and action-packed story that proves that nothing is impossible when you’re fuelled from within.
The movie hits cinemas on August 9th.

No spoiler, but go see the film. It was fun. We watched it with my son today. Surprisingly I was more excited throughout than my 11YO.
David Harbour was great.
Orlando Bloom great actor! But got addicted watching Archie, he is so good!
Incredible movie! The ENTIRE cast did an amazing job. I totally don't know want to save up and buy the game and all the console things needed for it in the future.... Have already seen it twice and plan to see it one or two more times before it leaves theaters...🤗😂❤

he's attractive & VERY TALL....
8/10 film ..my opinion..
He is quite a new actor with most of his biggest projects being in the last few years. His other big project would be in the Apple T.V show See. He also played smaller parts in Midsommar, Teen Spirit, Voyage etc. And is also going to be in the upcoming movie Saltburn with Jacob Elordi.

The film was ok but didn’t respect his story at all or even have the respect to get someone with a welsh accent or even try, there was a lot that was completely made up too
Wasn't Jann born and raised in Darlington in Durham before his family later moved to Cardiff, hence the accent? I agree that there were definitely a few inventions made for the film, like the David Harbour character being a composite of about 5/6 real people that worked with Jann in GT Academy, or the rather ludicrous police chase that Jann gets into near the beginning. But for the most part it does keep to the truth of the story even if one or two events are switched around for dramatic effect. (And I say that as someone who loves racing films like Rush or Le Mans '66, which also have their fair share of inventions and inaccuracies)
@@GeriatricFan1963 yeah you are correct he wasn’t born in wales but he does have a Welsh accent there’s no doubt about it I’m not actually sure what age he moved to wales though
