This Ayush Vishwakarma is a bully. He may have been getting marks in 80s and early 90s and he is trying to call everyone a mad person. Please respect teachers bro!

@@AnkitSharma-n5u2v Sir, the answer is A because option A is verbatim lifted from a govt university's website which might have been used by the professor who framed the question. He did not change any word from that. I have tried posting links but that leads to deletion of my comments (I don't know why). If you want, share your mail id and I will send you the document's link.

Yes sir A is correct ans.
What are the basic attributes of state -
      1) population
      2) territory
      3) sovereignity
      4) govt.
And option A fits for this

@@AnkitSharma-n5u2v i answered the question during my second round as i find it difficult to land on an option in first reading.on first reading itself C and D can be eliminated. However A and B were confusing and i took a chance. Free from external control thing ive read somewhere during practice tests. Howver not very convinced with the word 'permenantly'.

    • @logAN1997
      @logAN1997 3 роки тому +5

Option A is incorrect. That's because sovereignty i.e. independence from external control is not implicit in the term "state" which is why it was mentioned explicitly in the preamble at the time of adoption of the Indian constitution. Hegemony is also a type of state where sovereign control of the state in question lies with some another state.

Kindly clarify the question regarding protecting liberty.... Some say separation of power, while some others say committed judiciary....
.... I mean it is the judiciary who defines basic features of Constitution from time to time, then if judiciary is not committed to its Constitutional role, then separation of power concept will itself be in jeopardy at the mercy of legislature.....
Kindly explain what does committed judiciary mean here.... Committed to whom

What do you mean by Independent judiciary? Is the judiciary independent from constitution too? A committed judiciary is someone which is committed to legislature.
An independent judiciary is one which is committed to Constitution only.

@@rajsharma2023 Whatttttt? Now you're kidding yourself. The main characteristics of Liberal democracy is
      1. Separation of power
      2. Independent Judiciary
How can you confuse it with committed judiciary when separation of power is already in option.
Read the article of Modiji & Amit Shah on committed judiciary.
Being a liberal, committed judiciary is totally against the idea of independence of judiciary.
