I’m from Ardoyne. I remember being a little girl watching this on tv all excited to see everyone I knew on tv. sad I ended up In flax foyer. A lot of lack of funding and support and don’t even get me started on the mental health services here. The people are what make the place, kindest souls you’ll ever meet.

I am thinking that instead of critisising these millionaires for what they have or haven't given, then maybe it would be better to criticise the government.. At least the millionaires are out there volunteering their time, and making somewhat of a difference. If the government spent time in the field, took less pay and volunteered, then maybe they could get to the root of the problems. Surely investing money in youth etc would be cheaper than sending them to jail, and reoffending.

When the American couple complained half as much as this guy did in the beginning of their episode, they were demonized and they gave $50,000 to EVERY charity that they supported. The Americans’ episode was shortened a great deal also and no back story was told on them and their episode was poorly edited and made for poor storytelling. But still, the emotion of the American couple shone through.
I really love what he doing for people,i would do the same,if i had his fortune,because i would love to give back to my family,because they been strugging for years,and since I've been married to the family ive seen good hearts and talent,so hope i day we get some in our town like u guys,to bless us,and a big life changing,lord would that be amazing,
