Let me just say- i misspoke a couple times…1)that wasn’t ‘tickseed’ - I meant to say ‘hitchhiker’…and 2) wanted to add that Chia seeds are high in oxalic acid as well, so prepare them with a calcium heavy substance, or eat them alone. Combining them with other nutrients can be misleading and can act as a anti-nutrient. Like all ‘healthy’ foods, it’s all about balance and proper preparation of said food.
