    Most of the time I experience this kind of muscle spasms in my legs especially at night and if there is cold condition(I can't survive in the room where people use fan). Please I need explanation for this

    Hi Doctor. My all reports (CBC, RFT, LFT, Uric acid, Urine R/M, CRP) everything is normal BUT having worst leg cramps nowadays. visited Drs and they prescibed B12 injection BUT can you let me know what can be the exact reason behind this horrible pain ? How exercise can me help me out ?

    To get immediate relief from the cramps that is muscle pull,raise your left hand high if you have cramps in right leg and vice versa.

    Thanks you for the video. I have a strange problem. When I get cramps, my big toe stands up and it dosent come down for atleast 10 to 12 seconds. Pain at that time is killing. What should I do to let my toe stay normal.
