My Solar Panel Tests

I always strive to test all products thoroughly, but testing does not always go as well as you would like.
Whilst I did test the AllPowers S200 over three to four weeks, cloudy weather made it difficult for me to test the SP026 solar panels as well as I had hoped.
I explained my tests in detail in my first draft of this video but opted to remove the explanation as the video was already long and detailed.
So to expand upon my tests.
* In my first tests, the solar panel was laid outside on the grass on a really sunny day. Unfortunately, I hadn't set the cables up correctly so the S200 didn't charge (as I noted in the video, the solar panel manual does not show you how to get started)
* Work and family commitments made it difficult to get out again in time for the review to come out, but I managed to use the solar panels to charge the S200 from our balcony. Despite the solar panels being in the shade and not sitting at a perfect angle, I did manage to get 12% over a few hours.
* Ideally, I would have performed many more tests to see exactly how the solar panels perform in great weather. This would have greatly held up the review as sunny days in Scotland are few and far between and there was no guarantee I'd have time to get out on those days to do proper testing.
* My own conclusions from my tests are that under good conditions, the solar panels should perform well. Unfortunately, I was unable to confirm this in time for the review to be published. Moving forward, I will be taking the solar panel kit with me on a camping trip and some other days out, so I'll be able to test them under better conditions.

I'm hoping to test the solar panels more. My friends and I are having a camping type trip next month where we're staying next to a loch in a wig wam. So I'll probably take it there and use it
If my house had solar panels, I'd use them to charge power stations like this. 👍
