An a35 requires at least raising the exhaust port 1mm so it gets to breathe really well, on the other side i would say drop the intake .5mm and widen both intake and exhaust as wide as you can for as much performance as you can get with basic porting. But overall, good job.
I used a cheap hyundai dremel but it broke right after filming the video so if you're interested, you should get a "dremel" branded product in the price range you're looking for.
It somehow is really all I did to it. I was extremely surprised when I saw the results. What I did explained in higher detail is, that I raised the exhaust port by 3mm allowing for more blowdown. The pistion opens the exhaust port sooner and more exhaust gas can escape faster, thus it can rev higher. I also widened it for better flow. One thing i didn't talk about in the video was, that low end performance got a lot worse, so it is quite hard to get the bike moving. This happened, because at low RPMs the piston can't close the exhaust in time and much of the air and gas mixtures escapes through it. Something that may have also increased performance, was the unrestricted exhaust that I put on it that has an expansion chamber. In case you want to do something similar, I recommend watching videos on porting from "2 Stroke Stuffing". He is the most knowledgeable about 2 Strokes and I've watched most of his videos.
