I think only well to do boomers feel like they were born in the right place at the right time. Younger Australians who are struggling to survive and are priced out of the property market feel very differently. They are looking to leave Australia for a better life elsewhere.
Yep . Born 1992 I only just made it to home ownership with a lot of sacrifice : if I was younger and couldn’t get a mining job etc I would think about leaving.

Tasmania has only seen the listing go up since 2020 yet the prices are still going up. Average income is $85k doesn't add up
