The most expressive Indian Coffee I have tasted! In this video, Tanya Rao and I profile roast and pick our favorite rendition of the Mooleh Manay Excelsa. This is an incredible coffee as it is an anaerobic yeast fermentation natural of the Excelsa varietal grown only at 1000 meters above sea level. I find there to be flavor notes of fruit rollup, ginger candy, and tropical fruits. I hope you are able to pick up a bag and some of Tanya's other coffees to taste yourself! It'll go quick.
