- In today's #ASMR video, you are given a series of instructions to follow with your eyes open and closed. For the first 7 minutes you will be instructed to follow a few lights to test your vision before taking part in the eyes closed segment of today's session. @@HollyG-cm2xu The first version has been done and has been submitted to my university. The good news is, it got a 98/100 so I was very happy with that. I'll most likely be uploading the first version as unlisted and provide the link somewhere in the future. If I make a public version, it would be a version with a higher budget. 🙌

You are my favorite ASMRtist. I wanted to just tell you that Im proud of you. Being online on a big platform takes effort and dedication. I'm too anxious, and struggle with a lot of things that make the idea of what you do seem impossible to achieve despite being probably a similar ish? age to you (I'm 20). I'm happy for you, and just very proud of you for pushing yourself to make more content and follow a schedule for things like this. It's so great that you have this hobby and I hope you know that the effort and care you have, even your entire personality doesn't go unnoticed. I love every single type of content that you put out! My favorite video so far would be the “relaxation clinic but something isn’t quite right” video, it never fails to make me giggle and catch me off guard! It’s such a unique and pleasant way to distract me from my negative thoughts. Falling asleep has become less scary. Thank you for doing what you do!!

A trigger I think you’d be great for is anticipatory triggers. Not sure if you’ve heard of them but it’s like doing a trigger (for example tapping) and then stopping to build anticipation and then going again. Great vid btw

I have a big trouble falling asleep. I am tired during the day but even if i don't take a nap because I'm so tired.. I am fully awake at Night. Like right now it is 5:20am here And I'm still not tired. I even cleaned the house to make myself tired! But now that i've been watching your videos every Night my eyes get sore after like 10 minutes And i can't keep them open so thank you! I just Hope i don't have insomnia😅

The part with "look at the light, how many fingers am I holding up" was genuenly a little challenging 😄👍
Love this video, my only note is that the bit where you do “look at the light and say what number is on my other hand” Is really hard when you have worse vision in one eye so maybe switching sides every so often could help
