- Yep, it's Undertale again. This time It's His Theme. Yes, I know it's Asriel's theme. A lot of people thought I didn't know who "he" was because the name of the track was vague to avoid spoilers. xD

Happy 3 year anniversary, Undertale!
So this is my first attempt at a Rock/Metal Remix since I recently bought Shreddage and it definitely should help me make more rock arrangements in the future. Always loved guitars but I was too lazy to practice the three that I own and also usually am already occupied with trying to better myself with electronic music production anyway.
I know some of you are tired of seeing this game everywhere, and I apologize. But while many people love to hate it, it was something that ended up being so important to me and changed my life in a way.
Some really personal stuff (warning):
Around the time this game came out (Fall 2015), I was in a rough spot with my family, Often times I felt unwanted and useless because I just never impressed them with anything and all I ever did was anger them no matter how much I tried to stay out of the way. There was one person in particular that constantly targeted me and manipulated the rest of the family into thinking I was using them for my own gain even though I was 17/18 at the time and just got out of High School. I've had moments where things got really bad, having a mental breakdown and urges of self harm and sometimes even worse, but I don't want to get into too much detail about that.
The bottom line is I owe a lot to this game's existence. This game provided an escape. Took me out of the reality that I faced daily, was the reason why I met so many great people, (two very important people to me being Retro and Shara), and gave me a much more positive outlook on life. Nowadays I couldn't be happier, and now that we are finally out of that house with those people, I feel respected and loved again by my family. Things are much better than they were 3 years ago.
So yeah there is a reason why this game means so much to me, and I never really elaborated on that. Didn't want to seem attention seeky or edgy or anything but I wasn't really in the best position around the time I first started releasing Undertale remixes, and it helped shape my audience into what it is today. So I thank each and every one of you for helping me, and being part of my journey.

That... Yeah, this game has done a lot for many people. Also, the music picked up right as I finished the description, and it was sort of perfect. I'm glad your life has improved so much these past few years, Kamex. Its crazy to see how much this channel, and from the sounds of it, you as a person, have grown, and I hope you keep giving us an excuse to stick around and support you! *(btw what a fucking bop this song is so good ahhhh good work!!)*
I still remember that day when you first released the first his theme remix, I was amazed by how much talent you had and the fact you uploaded another one, heck even better. Your so talented.
i will say this Kamex. I am in a similar situation right now...The stuff you put out reminds me to not follow in my friends footsteps(my friend passed away a year ago in this week...)she was all i had left from our group that was based around stopping bullying. And in 3 years,we had 705 members plus the additional 7 other council members. then in April my 1st girlfriend(aka her twin sister) went missing until 2017 where i found out she had attempted suicide. then 5 months later her sister did just that. bullying had been the cause. unfortunately i had to watch(for those who are wondering why i did not call the police,they lived in Japan)...To this day is both our day me and her twin celebrate how we met and grieve this day because of the suicide.

Wow... I can't understand how that must feel... I wish I had some advice for this, but it's a bit hard of haven't experienced it yourself which is something I'm sure you wouldn't wish upon anyone, I know I wouldn't.

I've been around this channel for a little over two years, and after reading the description I've gotta say this channel was my escape. Kamex's remixes have always been a happy place of mine since two years ago when I first came, and I owe a lot. Thanks for keeping up the good work, man! I'm glad things are so much better now than they were. : )

I love his theme, and I love this remix. It's rock but it's also really smooth, and it's different from the original song but it keeps the essence of it, all of it's feeling. Just... Awesome

Dude, I love your work. You are remixing genius. Undertale is still my favorite game of all time. I feel.. almost emotionally connected to it, and listening to your Undertale remixes gives me a very surreal feeling. I can't really explain it. I can't believe it's been more than 3 years since it came out. Feels like... well, not 3 years. I've been seeing a lot of what Deltarune has to offer, and with how much is in what's currently been released, I literally can't wait for the full release in a few years. Anyway, if you read to the bottom, I sincerely thank you. And well, thank you even if you don't even see this, for these masterpieces.

You know, you're often an escape for many of us as well, I've personally had some personal struggles, one being a doubt of self worth, that no matter what I do isn't good enough, and while you fuel this and provide an escape from it at the same time, I respect you.
You and Retro both. You both create such good content it almost makes me forget everything, some even help me focus when on loop.

@@PetoDiTacchino it's not only the escape, it creates a community. One with hundreds if not thousands of people that have gone through the same thing with success, we laugh together, cry together, mourn together. We all help each other out to the best of each other's ability, which makes people's lives just that much better

I’ve also gone through tough things.... a lot of them I’ve been relentlessly bullied in schools I had to leave a school because the bully’s where getting me in trouble and I couldn’t cope I was about to fall into a deep depression and suicide but once I got took out by my parents.... I loved it :) and when I was thinking back on this and playing undertale I put the umbrella in that statue and that just made me feel better so I thought I would see a remix and it really helped so thanks to not only you but to jake neutron,retrospecter,meltberry,VGR and gamechops and any other remixer out there you kept me alive :D

I feel your past like it was my own, in a more fortunate sense at least. Undertale, and all that it brought with it, helped me through those harsh times where my depression really hit me hard. My old friends were going their way, I struggled a lot to find new friends, and I'm not joking saying Undertale helped to release tension and sadness, long trapped inside me. Now I'm sorta better, I have a bunch of friends, and really good one I must say.

I think stories like this are really powerful, especially when expressed by big channels such as Kamex, it really shows that it can happen to anyone and that's it can be overcome. It inspires people. I've gone through something similar, an urging feeling of self doubt, one that renders anything you do to be completely worthless. Read my comment for the *specifics* , but unfortunately it's not something I've permanently gotten past yet...
I'm so sorry to hear all the stuff you've had to go through...I'm glad you had the determination to push through it all, having you in this life has brought so many good times my way. Just being lost in your music has offered me some of the best moments in my entire life, and I can't thank you enough.

One time I saw my brother playing undertale, and I was like "that game is so weird and just looking at it none of anything makes sense why is he playing it" then I watched exactly 1 UA-cam video about it and the game, and by proxy everything it's become, is one of the biggest parts of my life

I'm so glad your family is treating you well again Kamex, this is a lovely song and I'm so happy Undertale could help you. So many people love to hate it bc of the attention on it when it first came out and the fandom can be a bit toxic. But it's one of my favorite games even now. As someone who only had Nintendo Consoles and a shitty laptop, this was the first game i could buy and play like everyone else and I've loved it ever since. Even playing it again on Switch, I find out new little things i never noticed and it brings me so much joy.
Glad things got better for you. You were the first to introduce me to undertale remixes and ever since I love the game and the other undertale realities and stories. Thanks to you and other youtubers for doing what you do.

This game is honestly not only one of my favorites, but one of the most impactful. As I played it, it felt like what I went through to the point where I saw some of the characters as people in my life. Showing no matter how hard life gets, there will always be those to help you out no matter what. Even the ending hit me so hard because of how similar it was for me. Nowadays while I’m still having trouble in some parts, I’ve met so many people over the years who always made me laugh, smile, and help me out in my darkest moments, and I’ve been doing much better than how I was years ago. That’s why this game meant so much to me. It gave me more of a positive outlook and even mirrored or foreshadowed things for me in a way. Guess that’s why I love it so much. Sorry if I sounded weird but I guess that sort of sums up my thoughts on the game.

Since 2015 in the whole summer cuz' we didnt have internet that time. I just got lucky and downloaded the thing. Now? I was soooo late. I really like this.

Yet, i felt it.
The will of life inside me.
Like i was flowey the whole time, turning into asriel again. A pure, reborn me but innocently understanding again.Like in the past.
I died but with determination, lived again.
It gave me life.
(I know I'm using undertale to portray it, im not "that crazy" to think i am him. Just using this to elaborate details perfectly.so dont blow the candle yet. I used this Cuz its matches. =D)

I figured this was going to be a song i give a like, share it with a few friends, and mix it with my music playlist. Instead, every time i get around to doing something intense, i decide to put this on loop and just hear those guitar/drums mixed with the original hopes and dreams song, and get supercharged for any event!
